The versatile design mounts easily either vertically or horizontally to accommodate a wide variety of cabinets and drawers. The latch pivots flat against the drawer for periods of non use.

Great Product - Easy to Install

      Comments about Safety 1st Prograde Pivot Cabinet/Drawer Latches- 4 Pack:

      These latches were extremely easy to install. They come with a stick-on template that transfers from the cabinet to the door. The template allows the mounting holes to be predrilled in the correct spot in seconds. No measuring, no fuss. Also, the latch can pivot agaisnt the door if you decide not to use it. I previously installed the Safety 1st Wide Grip latches and had a horrible time. Either the door would not close fully without depressing the latch or the door would close but would not stay locked. I eventually used a utility knife to soften the angle on the face of the catches to get them to work properly. Do yourself a favor, go with the ProGrade Pivots. I will update my comment if I notice anything negative/dangerous in the future.

        Comments about Safety 1st Prograde Pivot Cabinet/Drawer Latches- 4 Pack:

        Installed 4 of these today within minutes. They are much stonger than the regular pivot ones. I pulled on the cabinet about 10 times to make sure they weren't going to open or break & they are still holding up. The only downside is they can be a little tough to push down when trying to get the cabinet open.

        Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
