Just purchased this product and I'm looking forward to returning it!!! It's horrible. I am disappointed at the quality. The mirror is so disdorted. I don't understand how anyone would be able to use this. I also don't like the fact that you have to stick it to the back of your mirror and rely on it's velcro. It's just horrible. Don't buy this product.

As my daughter said - "it looks like a circus mirror". Such a great design gone horribly wrong. Distorted and dreadful. Must strain to see in mirror. The distortion makes it hard to see child. After attachment mirror is still loose and wobbly.

This was intended to be used to help view our newborn in the car seat. There is nothing good about the design of this. The mirror quality is cheap and blurry. It is a strain on the eyes to look at. The fold should go behind the mirror, like it shows in the picture, but it only folds halfway up. It is a challenge to move or adjust without removing it from the Velcro first. Bottom line is these types of rearview car mirrors are useless. If you need to see your baby at all times a Fisher price, or baby einstein mirror will work fine as long as you mount it at the right angle on the headrest. Plus they have lights and sounds which will keep them entertained. Do not buy one with a remote. The remotes are worthless. You have to be directly in front of the eye and within three feet for the remote to work.

I was able to use this for about three months then it would no longer hold its position and constant readjustment became a major distraction. I loved it while it worked though.

The product is not reliable. You can not move it as it breaks too easily. I did not like the fact that it broke the first time I tried to move it.

The directions on how to attach this are terrible. I almost gave up thinking that it just didn't fit our vehicle for some reason. After 30-45min I finally figured it out. Then it worked great for the next 10 months. Recently the mirror stopped holding its position. We drive over the slightest bump in the road and the mirror moves. We also found that this only works if your child is seated in the middle seat. You can't see behind the passenger's or driver's seat. This worked for almost a year but we will be replacing it with something more versatile.

the instructions were horrible. the product does not even attach to my mirror. the clips do not fit and the bungee cord is too long. very disappointed. in looking at the safety 1st website, this product is no longer available. hhmmmmm....wonder why! money down the drain.

This was easy to install and has never come off. I yank on it pretty hard when I pull it down to adjust and see my daughter in the backseat, and it won't budge. We have been using it for years as my daughter has special needs and I need to be able to check on her frequently. It rotates easily to get the best view so whoever happens to be driving can adjust it to suit their eye level. It doesn't retract all the way under the other mirror, so it's never completely hidden but that's not a problem for me.

we bought this, knowing it was a cheaper price, but not needing much of a job to be done exactly. We just needed a little extra ability to see our daughter. this did nothing. this couldn't even hook onto our completely normal mirror. the picture showing how to put it on did not explain how to attach it at all. nothing about it worked. once out of the package, it was as if it wasn't built for the purpose of attaching it to the other mirror at all. i do not recommend this product to anyone, unless you are wanting to throw it directly in the trash.
