I bought a Smilin' Smart Phone for my grand daughter. The volume is too low. After changing the batteries,I went to your web site. I have read the reviews and read that many people changed the batteries but that didn't help. I read your answer as to why the volume is low. My grand daughter loves watching the lights but can't hear the music. I feel that it should be mentioned on the packaging that the volume is very low. I would not recommend this product and would return it if possible.

My 7 month old LOVES playing with my smart phone, so I thought this would be great for her. She does love chewing it, pressing the buttons, and watching the flashing lights. However, the volume is so low on this! I can barely hear it, and I also thought the volume would be better once I changed the batteries. Nope! All the other Fisher-Price toys we have have a great volume or at least an adjustable volume, but not this. I would return it to the store, but I threw away the packaging already. Very disappointed, and I will tell the other moms in my online group not to purchase this toy.

I would not recommend this product. The sound or should I say what sound. That is the problem. I nor anyone in my family can hear the sound even when we hold right up to our own ears. Don't buy this product.

My twins love this, they fight over it all the time. I should have purchased two. The volume is not very loud though.

My daughter really loves this toy. The only things I would change is that it is a bit bulky for her little hands wish it was more similar to a real iPhone. And I think the buttons should be separate as they are one piece. I think the sound is fine. It can get muffled but its not annoyingly loud either. Maybe if they had two sound levels like most toys.

My 6 month old son loves playing with our smartphones (mostly looking at the screen, touching the screen and putting it in his mouth). I read prior reviews of this product and was dismayed by the negative comments like "poor quality", "too bulky" and "low volume", but I decided to buy this product anyway. I agree that its too bulky and not slim like the real smartphones so it makes it hard for little hands to hold on to for too long, but the quality is not bad. When you push the buttons, theres a nice variety of songs, jingles about shapes, colors, weather and a bunch of other tunes. I realized that the volume is kept low on purpose because if your little one decides to put it up to his ear (like you would with a real phone) it wont blow out his tiny eardrums and it wont shock him into tears. Since he's only 6 months old, he doesnt have a need for fancy buttons. He's still able to put the rounded corners into his mouth so he's pretty happy with it.

My 7 month old daughter loves this toy and I love that it is quiet, she can hear it and I can still hear things too, most toys are way to l loud and this one is great. The only thing I wish would be the buttons to be separate because the buttons are one piece, I guess so none of them accidentally fall off?
She loves it anyway!

I bought this for my granddaughter and was extremely disappointed. Although she loved the buttons you could hardly hear the music. My husband thought it may be the batteries so we changed them but it did not help. I am returning this to the store.
