In general, this is a fun car for Barbie/Ken to ride in. The "seatbelts" were a pain, and made it difficult to get the dolls in the vehicle - so we cut them out, and it is much better that way. We have an older (6+ years old) Barbie "VW Beetle", and the plastic used to make that car is a better quality (more heavy-duty), but this vehicle is durable and my 3 y/o daughter (and 4 y/o son) enjoy playing with it. So I would recommend this toy, it's fun and a good value for the price.
