I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of this piece. It took my husband a while a lot time and aggravation to put this drawer together. The components were warped and impossible to put together without modifications (cuts, drilling new wholes, bending boards opposite way…). In addition, the backing of the dresser came in damaged. They were partially torn but with some glue, we were able to fix it and figured that no one will see the back of it since it will stand against the wall. This is not a cheap piece of furniture. Paying nearly $300, I would expect that all parts were in a good condition and other components straight, not warped.
All in all the dresser looks nice but the quality of it is not worth the price!!!!
I will never order another furniture piece from Baby's R Us.

I read the reviews and had some serious concerns since we already had the crib and changing table. The back is pressed wood and I also had severely bowed drawer bottoms. A lot of the reviews on here say how people had such a hard time putting this dresser together. I'm not sure why they had that problem. Assuming you follow the directions it is very simple to put together. It can be quite tedious but very easy. The dresser bottoms are thin but they have a support beam in the middle to make it more secure. Plus we are only putting baby clothes in this so it doesn't need to handle a ton of weight. All in all this is a great dresser for a babies room and I do recommend it to all. Only thing is the price. I feel it is overpriced which is why I waited to use a 20% off coupon. If you have a bit of time I recommend you try to see if it goes on sale at all as well. Looking forward to getting good use out of this dresser

I would definitely recommend this dresser. It looks great and has a lot of storage. My husband assembled it in a few hours while I napped in the recliner, but I think the only issue he had installing was user error. The only thing I noticed was that there was a small crack in the bottom of one of the drawers, but that will be covered up by clothes so it's not a big deal. So far we are very happy with it!

The product is made with low quality material. The drawer broke within a week of having it. I would not recommend buying this drawer.

So I read all the reviews before purchasing about it being difficult to put together so I was a little worried. People must be really bad with tools or something because it took my husband and I like 45 minutes to put it together. It was the easiest dresser I've ever put together! Alot of it already came assembled. We basically just had to nail and screw a few things in and we were good to go. So I don't know if everyone else got a different dresser or what..! It is also very good quality and exactly what I would expected for the price we paid. I recently bought a couple dressers from Kmart that were about $130 each and the wood is not nearly as nice and they were much much harder to put together. I think the dresser is absolutely gorgeous and I'm sure it will last our daughter many many years. I would definitely recommend this!

Bought ship to store. Box was really damaged. When putting it together,the wood was splitting on one of the drawer pieces. Had to contact the manufacturer since my store didn't carry it. The number on the box for customer service is incorrect. Had to go through two other numbers and finally email them. Finally got the piece and now a different drawer doesn't fit properly. It actually pushes inward one corner. One drawer does not slide freely either..kind of sticks when pushing in and out. I have the crib and changing table...they were much easier to put together and seem to be better quality! Also the drawers don't pull completely out...stops a few inches short so it's a little difficult to get bigger items in. I was trying to put small plastic storage in for her socks and smaller items. I am all about having things match but kind of wish I could have found something close instead of this! Beautiful color and not too big, but wish it was better quality!

My dear husband and I bought this product on Saturday. We started putting it together to discover the directions are all written backwards. The wood is VERY cheap. He read the previous reviews and was worried about purchasing it, but you know how we women can be it matched the baby bed and the bed was easy to assemble. So I figured the dresser would be as well. DON'T BUY!!! I even called the store and they also said that it was difficult to assemble.

We looked everywhere for a chest like this. We had already purchased the matching crib - which they happened to have in stock in the store and it was beautiful - so we were eager to find something to match - this seemed to be the best "bang for our buck" after searching many different furniture stores. My only complaint is the way we had to order it. We live an hour away from the store so we naturally I wanted to order it online and pick it up in the store. Apparently, You cannot do this - the store told us we had to come in to pay for the furniture, order it in store, and then come back to pick it up at a later date. I went round and round with the man, but ultimately I just ordered it online and shipped it to our house for an extra 66 bucks. I believe it was worth it because it matches and looks beautiful and I hoping it will last for years.

This product looks great on the outside, but the inside is very cheap. Once we finally received the chest my husband put it together, which was a nightmare, only to discover that a piece was broke. We are currently waiting for the new piece to arrive. For the money, I would think the inside could be nicer. The crib is very nice and I expected the same from the sister chest, but it just isn't.

I am very unsatified with the quality of the dresser. I feel like I paid way to much for what I got for my purchase for 2 reasons.
First, the dresser has a very horrible foul smell of phemaldehyde coming from inside the drawers.I have been trying to air out the drawers for over a month now and the smell is still present.
Second, the drawer on the bottem is warped and is not sitting strainght on the henges. I am very upset and I will never do business with Babies r us again. Do Not Purchase the dresser!
