I placed an order online for this item,so I could avoid lines at the checkout,and the hassle of trying to find this item in store. I received a message that my item is READY for in store pick up. I went in to pick it up after few hours. When I got to this store, first of all staff was beyond unprofessional as if they were working under terrible circumstances at some swap meet. I was instructed to scan my pick up invoice, and it prompted me to wait for few minutes for an employee to bring out my item. Few minutes turned into half hour, no employees around. Fonally i came across an employee to help me with my order. He took me back to customer service,it turned out that we had to go back to the pick up area in the back. So i went back,and i saw few other people waiting for layaway pick up and online pick up,and they were waiting for over an hour just so their products could be located. Finally, after an hour and a half of waiting manager decided to show up. He was about 30 something years old with glasses,really short hair hispanic. He had to clue what was going on, he was rude, did not even appologise for the wait, we could tell he was frustrated. But not my fault. Finally my product was located, they sent me to the front of the store for pick up, as i was walking some random employee brought my order from who knows where.
This torrance store is worst store ever in the whole chain!! Staff is not properly trained, they dont know a thing about features of products or even what the products are. Always grumpy,everyone from management to employees from wherehouse. Never shopping at Toys r us ever again. Bad company bad employees. Im going to make sure to spread the word out to our huge family and our friends from all over the place

We got this for our twins for Xmas. Three pieces were broken right from the start and we were never able to get the remaining part to work. Very poor construction and design for what is such a great concept. Stay Away!

I originally complained about this in a prior post because I set it up on carpet and it didn't work. I put it on a flat, hard surface, fiddled with it and after putting it just the right way we got it to work. I am only giving it 3 stars because the track does have a tendency to pull up from itself, so when the car hits it, the momentum slows down so you gotta repress it down again each time but once you get it, honestly it is pretty cool. My son is OBSESSED with roller coasters (he can sit at Cedar Point for hours watching roller coasters) so this was a HUGE hit!

This was a Christmas gift and was broken before we even used it!! They make such worthless toys these days. Toys r us should be ashamed for selling products of such poor quality!

My son is obsessed with roller coasters so when he seen this online when searching for Christmas gifts, this was the only thing he said he wanted for Christmas...welp spent over 2 hours tonight trying to get the release buttons on the on/off switch to work with no luck; literally my fingers hurt. I'd take it back and get something else worth my money but since he has his heart set on it, I will be wrapping it up anyhow. Thank god he has a vivid imagination and can take a race car or any object and turn it into a roller coaster...this is a joke!

Very unhappy with this product. Son got as a gift for his birthday - loves Phineas and Ferb and we stayed up late to put it together for him. The on/off things get stuck and don't work - very cheap. He was so excited and it was a huge let down! I checked the toy manufacturer website and they don't even have this product listed.

I can't believe they are still selling this toy! What a waste of money....it's hard to get it put together, doesn't work, falls apart. This went in the trash rather quickly (except for the little cars). I would have returned it but had already threw out the box.

I'm going against most of the reviews here...at the beggining is a little hard to make it work but when you get it you get it! This is one of the best thing that we been buying for my son...The only think is that only has 3 little cars that I dont believe that they sold separetly because we want to buy more, probabbly we will end buying another roller coaster!!!

This is really a waste of time and money. If you want to go for a walk to a toy store twice, buy it. Otherwise, don't do it because doesn't work at all!!. I can't believe that in the XXI century companies are allowed to sell this kind of rubbish without any Q control. A shame!!
