I purchased two of these for my 10 week old twin boys. It's a great toy that has a lot of features in one that are great for several developmental phases. My boys are now 12 weeks and enjoy the toy a little more each day. Whenever they see it, it makes them smile. Right now, they're also really interested in trying to grab it. This toy is great for that since it has lots of protruding parts they can easily grab. Overall, I think this is a great toy that eliminates the need for multiple toys at this young developmental stage.

Nice toy

Great toy, my child likes it, especially the mirror on the tummy:). He sometimes uses it as a teether on the hard pieces hanging.

        Great toy

Comments about Kids Preferred Eric Carle Developmental Elephant:

My 12 week old son received this as a gift and it rapidly became his favorite toy. The variety of textures, easy to grab limbs and trunk, and the dangling harder plastic pieces give him a lot to explore. I'm currently buying a second one to tuck away for any cases of lost elephant.

My baby loves to grab this toy! There's a lot of different noises it makes. The leaf makes a great teether and the ears sound like crinkly paper. My baby has special needs and this toy was engaging enough to encourage reaching and grabbing. Definitely worth the buy!

This elephant is my 3 month old's favorite toy, she loves the crinkly ears and little attachments to grab on to. She gets excited every time I bring it to her. Perfect tactile toy for little hands to work on gripping! Highly recommend
