Product Description

Safety 1st brings Air Protect Advanced Side Impact Protection to your family with the Complete Air 65 Convertible Car Seat.

Safety experts agree: Keep children rear-facing longer and keep forward-facing children in harnesses longer. The Complete Air 65 keeps your child well protected through these two separate stages: from 5-40 pounds as a rear-facing infant car seat and from 22-65 pounds as a forward-facing toddler car seat. With Center Front Adjust of the 5-point harness and an easy-adjust headrest, you'll appreciate the convenience features offered by the Complete Air 65 Convertible Car Seat just as much as the added safety.

Safety 1st is driven by a single-minded focus of making the world a safer and happier place for our cherished little ones to grow up in - whether in their car seat on their first ride home, snuggled in a bassinet, or staying entertained in a bouncer. Safety 1st attributes their continued success to an unwavering commitment to child safety, innovation, quality and value. It's what parents look for from Safety 1st, and what they are proud to continuously deliver. Click here to check out even more Safety 1st items!

I purchased this car seat as an extra for a grandparent vehicle, and will never purchase another Safety First Car seat. It took 3 car seat technicians to properly install the car seat. The technicians even apologized for how long it was taking to get it in the car.
If my mother ever needs to take the carseat out, the car seat will be out of use again until she has the time to take it back into a technician.
Customer service from the manufacturer is just as difficult as the car seat. Waste of time and money. Our other car seats at Britax Marathons, night and day difference.

We bought this when our daughter outgrew her infant seat. We have been in using it ever since. She is now 4. We have loved how easy it is to use. As well as how comfy she is in it. Well worth the money. The only con is the cup holder comes off pretty easy. I would like a built in one.

These seats helped save my babies.

Comments about Safety 1st Complete Air 65 Convertible Car Seat - Corabelle:

I am currently looking to purchase two more of these seats. Today, my four daughters and I were in a collision with an 18-wheeler. God watching, all five of us exited our Chevy Suburban completely unscathed, minus I few cuts and scrapes squired by myself. Are these seats a COMPLETE pain to fasten into the car? Yes. But I will go through that pain with absolutely no problem, to know that these seats stayed in place, and kept my most valuable possessions safe, today, after four years of use. Nothing can compare to being put to the test; and while I pray they never have to do so again, today, they helped save my little girls. I will be purchasing two more, without hesitation.

Comments about Safety 1st Complete Air 65 Convertible Car Seat - Corabelle:

            I love this seat.
I bought it for my 1st kid, then again for my 2nd 3yrs later.
and after our car wreck I bought it again, twice.
IT IS NOT HEAVY. it's not light, but I can carry it one in each hand when swapping to the grandparents' car.
it's easy to take apart and put back together, as long as you watch what you are doing taking it apart, but DON'T dry using heat on the cover. (treat it like your favorite fitted tee)
the reclining bar does have to be positioned before buckling, put you just gently pull down and flip into position, no biggie.
but at the end of the day, what matters is its super safe.

We bought this seat for my daughter as an infant, she is 6 1/2 and still fits very comfortably! I love that you can rear face to 40#'s and that it fits till 65#'s and 49". I found this seat on a car seat pro's website as a highly recommended seat. When I got it, it was over $250 and worth every penny. I feel that she is very safe in this seat, and I know she is very comfortable in it. I just wish they still had the air protect boosters to replace it

              Not good!

By If we could turn back time

              from Salem Oregon

              About Me First Time Parent

Comments about Safety 1st Complete Air 65 Convertible Car Seat - Corabelle:

My complaint is that these are not user friendly AT ALL!! Biggest issues: the buckles always get twisted and turned around. So when you put your child in and you spend five minutes fighting it to turn them back you then are frustrated and wonder "are all car seats like this". Now try reclining this seat so your baby can sleep on a long trip. Haha good luck!! You will fight it and chew your knuckles all up guaranteed! The little bar that says Recline is worthless unless you have the entire seat out. And you have to put a towel underneath the seat just so it actually reclines. Then you start cursing and asking any parent in site if their seat is like this. I really wish I could go back in time and just pay for the better, more user friendly easy to use Graco that we saw in the store. As first time parents we asked ourselves "do you think there is that much of a difference? This one says it can do the same things for $150 less". I'm telling you right now I would pay $300 more just to stop fightIng with this not so friendly chair. Read this and just go buy the nicer Graco all in one. Love, a super disappointed and we regret our purchase family.
