Sealed pre-recorded movies & music; computer & video game software; trading cards; and breast pumps. Unsealed packaging may only be exchanged for identical items/titles.

Purchases made from our Baby Registry. Purchases will be refunded with a merchandise credit.
With receipt or gift receipt
Refunds will be issued in the form of tender provided at time of purchase, with the following exceptions:
Debit card purchases will be refunded in cash
Gift receipt purchases will be refunded with a merchandise credit
Purchases made by check will be refunded with a merchandise credit within 7 days from original purchase; after 7 days, items will be refunded in cash
Without a receipt
If you are returning to the store, we may be able to look up your purchase and accept your return if you present one of the following:
Baby Registry or Wish List
Rewards“R”Us Member number
Credit or debit card
We reserve the right to decline returns without receipt.
With online packing slip
Simply choose from these 3 options:
Bring your items and packing slip to your local store for a refund
Visit our Online Return Center and follow the instructions on how to ship your return with a prepaid label
Mail the items to our Returns Center by following the directions on the back of your packing slip
Why you need to provide a photo ID for all returns
The information from your ID will be retained in a company-wide database of return activity that Toys”R”Us and its affiliates use to authorize returns. We require you to present one of the following:
Valid driver’s license
State identification from US, US Territories, Canada or Mexico
Discounted items or promotional purchases: The refund value for each item will be reduced to reflect discount or free promotional item value. Gym sets, pools, ride-ons, swing sets, water slides and other outdoor items: We cannot accept returns if opened. Please refer to manufacturer’s directions. Recalled items: With receipt, recalled items will be refunded in the form of tender provided at time of original purchase. Without receipt, a merchandise credit will be issued.
