Anyone with a current Babies''R''Us registry and an event date of May 21, 2012 or later is eligible. You may only enter using one registry number per sweepstakes period.

How do I enter?
1) Create a Babies''R''Us Registry. Should you already have one, great! Then proceed to Step 2.
2) Register for the Ultimate Baby Shower Sweepstakes.
3) Remember to invite friends and family to play. Send them the specific link via Facebook, Twitter or email. They can give advice and play an instant win game.

Do I need a Babies''R''Us registry to enter the Ultimate Baby Shower Sweepstakes?
Yes, this is a requirement of the sweepstakes. Registrant (you) should visit www.babiesrus.com/registry and complete a valid baby registry with your true and correct information in all required fields and click ''Submit.''

Please note:
The log-in name or password for the sweepstakes is not your registry number. You will need to create a new log-in name and password that is for the sweepstakes, separate from the Baby Registry log-in/password information. When you do create your sweepstakes log-in information, you will see a registry number field on the Sweepstakes Registration page. Please insert this there.

After creating my baby registry, do I need to register separately for the Ultimate Baby Shower Sweepstakes?
Yes. This is a requirement of the sweepstakes. Once you have created your registry, visit www.babiesrus.com/ultimateshowersweeps.com. This page will explain the sweepstakes and link you to the sweepstakes site at www.ultimateshowersweeps.com. Once there, you must fill out the sweepstakes entry form with your true and correct information by clicking on ''Need to register for sweepstakes?''

How do I share the Ultimate Baby Shower Sweepstakes with friends and family?
To share with friends and family, you must click on one of the share icons on your mom landing page (Facebook, Twitter or email). Your friends and family members must use the unique link provided to them by you, the registrant. By clicking the unique link, friends and family will then be directed to the registration page where they must complete the entry form with their true and correct information in all required fields and click ''Submit.''

How do I play the instant win game?
The instant win game is for your friends and family members. The grand prize is for the expecting moms that have a Babies''R''Us Baby Registry.

To play the instant win game, click on each of the three (3) cards in the deck. If all three (3) cards correctly match, the friend or family member will become an instant winner, subject to confirmation, verification, compliance with these Official Rules and final approval from the Sponsor.

Entrants will be notified immediately if they are potential winners of the instant win game. To claim the instant win prize, friends and family must confirm their information submitted during registration on the prize redemption form and select the submit button. All instant win prizes must be claimed by 11:59:59 PM on July 2, 2012. Proof of play and/or winning will not be deemed to be proof of winning by Sponsor.

How often can my friends and family come back to play the instant win game?
Limit one (1) instant win game play per person per day.

What is the grand prize?
SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE: One (1) grand prize consisting of: one (1) $5,000 Babies''R''Us Gift Card. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes grand prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the promotion period. Total ARV of one (1) Sweepstakes grand prize is $5,000.

What are the instant win prizes?
INSTANT WIN GAME PRIZES: Forty-five (45) Babies''R''Us $10 Gift Cards, Thirty (30) Babies''R''Us $15 Gift Cards, Thirty (30) Babies''R''Us $20 Gift Cards, Thirty (30) Babies''R''Us $25 Gift Cards. Total ARV of all instant win game prizes is $2,250. Odds of winning an instant win game prize depend on the number of eligible instant win game plays during the promotion period divided by the number of instant win game prizes available. Limit of one (1) instant win game prize per person during the promotion.

How long does the Ultimate Baby Shower Sweepstakes run?
Until July 2, 2012.

Can I sign up my friend/daughter for the sweepstakes?
Only the mom-to-be can register for the sweepstakes directly through the main sweepstakes page. Friends and family can register to play the instant win game by receiving a link (via Facebook, Twitter or email) from their registered friend once she's signed up.
