Disappointed
I have 4 children and they go through stages of building forts. Over the years we have had many different fort building methods in our home. Usually blankets and furniture. So when I saw this product I was really excited. I bought 2. Thinking the kids could connect together and make tunnels from one to another. Fun right? Not so much. The poles don't fit well into the balls. The poles will fall out of the supports with the slightest touch or bump while the kids crawl threw making the fort collapse. My children found 5he product difficult and too unstable to use. My 13 year old even tried to build a fort for the younger kids and felt the same frustration. I was so excited for this product and think the concept is great...maybe the company can revisit their materials or design and make this the great product we thought we were buying.

Even better than expected.
The kids love building sets. When the received this for Christmas they were very curious. When they opened it, they were excited and have been playing with it since. Now the can create structures they can go into and become immersed in the play even more. It is a joy to watch them play with this set. I am glad we purchased two, one for each child. They can now collaborate in making multiple structures or combine these sets to build larger and more complex things.
The box is sturdy enough to serve as a storage unit for all the parts.
The parts are built well and easy to grasp.
Just make sure you have a large enough area for the structures the children will build. These will remain erected for days as their play continues.
You will want them to use lightweight sheets to cover the structures. Medium to heavy blankets may be too heavy and make the structures lean over or collapse.
Covers are not included with the set.

Warning other aunts
The sticks usually get turned into weapons and used against siblings

Poorly made and unusable
The poles are very hard to fit into the connecting balls -- the fit is so tight that it takes an adult to force it. Equally bad, the whole set is incompatible with the exact same set by the same company -- produced 3 years ago. If this item were returnable, I'd get a refund; it has gone into the donate pile.

Small and flimsy
This is a super cute concept but just be aware that the pieces are smaller than what you would expect and you definitely need an adult to get the sticks in the connector joints. It will only hold a light sheet and really small children might be able to fit in it if you build it the right way.

Awesome Toy
Bought this for my 5 ye old granddaughter who always wants to make a fort when she comes over. I think her dad enjoys it just as much as she does. It’s like giant tinker toys! Great gift!
