Super gift!
This was a birthday gift for a 10 year old boy. It was a huge hit. The parents love it too! He leaves it on all night and the parents pop in just to look at where the stars are. They told me it is beautiful.

needs more slide discs
The projector and slides were great but you can see every slide in about 2 minutes and the show is over. This product needs more slides or at least the possibility of buying more slides. My 6 year old nephew loved it but would like to get more use out of the projector. is there a place to buy more slides? I would have given a 5 star if they had this.

Stellar Solar System Projector
This is great. My 7 yr old loves it. I only wish it came with some sort of booklet or poster that identifies each planet or object presented. We had to research on our own and there are still a couple we’re not sure about.

Great for any age. Easy to operate, sturdy and has a timer. Star mode rotates on the ceiling. My 4 yr old grand falls to sleep easily watching the star.

Had high expectations, my bad.
Not any more clear than the cheaper ones. Was expecting it to cover more than 1/10th of my small bedroom ceiling and the stars setting is cool how it moves slowly BUT its just blurry little green dots.

Not worth it
Not worth it. Was so excited to give this to our grandson but disappointed. There’s no learning aspect. If you don’t already know the planets and galaxies there is nothing to explain what the pictures are. You have to move the slides each time yourself. He looked at it 2 minutes and was done.

Great gift for future astronomers
I gave this to my grandsons (3 and 5) for Christmas. They have slept under the stars every night since receiving it and it has opened up a whole new learning experience looking at planets and nebulas. I wouldn’t give it to younger children or those who don’t have a delicate hand.

Defective
The bulb burned out on the star side after a couple of minutes and there's a thumping sound inside of it. I don't see any way to return this via mail so I have to go to the store during a pandemic if I want the toy I paid for to work. Very frustrating.
