Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cute but stopped working. I bought this toy thinking it was super cute and my daughter would love it. Well it is super cute, but it stopped rolling within a month of purchase. Changed the batteries and it still doesn't work. Also, won't play entire thread of music. Will stop halfway thru a verse.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cute, Entertaining - No On/Off Switch! Our baby is entertained with this musical ball that rolls around by itself on the floor, and his 1 year-old cousin is also entertained. They have figured out how to press the face to get it to turn on. You cannot turn this toy off. You need a tiny screw driver to take the batteries out. Incredibly inconvenient. The Fisher Price Bright Beats line of toys has several toys that my kid likes, and some of the others do have an on/off switch. As a result of not being able to turn it off, I would not recommend this. I would recommend one of the other neat toys in this line. They are all colorful and have fun music. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Encourages movement! This is a great toy, not only for my 16 month old but also for my just turned 4 year old. They often fight over who gets to chase it and press the button. It moves pretty well on our hardwood floor, as well as on our area rugs. Both kids chase it, dance to its songs and run circles around it. It's great at encouraging movement! It seems very durable and has survived several throws and drops. It has a couple of cute songs and flashes different colors. I do wish it played a better variety of songs. I also would like it to have an on/off button. Otherwise it's a great toy and I would recommend it! I received this product for free in exchange for a review. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Loud and obnoxious Received as a testing product. Grateful that we were selected to test this, but my kid hated it. I can only imagine this would really stress out my older sensory sensitive kiddo. It's loud and freaked him out. It has no on/off button or a volume button. The toy was going off inside the box it came in before I opened it The big face button is so sensitive it goes off with the slightest touch to it. I wish it had options for volume control and on/off. I wouldnt ever by this as a gift for a friend or family or even myself. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Huge hit! This adorable little ball gets my toddler squealing, dancing, jiggling, and wiggling like nothing else. He's thrilled by the lights, and the fun tunes are catchy (without being annoying to the adults.) The first words I hear out of his mouth in the morning are "Ball? Ball?". It seems sturdy, too. He tries to hug it while it jiggles around and gets a kick out of it slipping out of his hands and falling to the floor. So far, it's held up with no issues. The 4-year-old also loves chasing it around. Definitely a hit here. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not the toy for us I introduced this toy to my daughter several different times in hopes that she would come to like it but she never did. I think the sudden movements startled her. She was scared of it every time. It is super cute and made of good quality it just wasn't the toy for us. Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good toy for toddlers I got this toy a few weeks ago for my children (3 year-old and 1 year-old) and they immensely enjoy playing with the BeatBo, but I would recommend that those who don't like hearing the same song over and over should not buy this toy for their kids, as there is no off-switch. If you don't mind the song-thing, this is a good toy to get your little one(s) up and moving around. Disclaimer: I received this product for free, in exchange for an honest review. Rated 5 out of 5 by from A moving singing ball for a moving toddler! Last Christmas my niece got the Beatbot. My toddler daughter loved it! I thought it was really cute and clever, until…this brilliant toy was developed. It basically is just the head of the so famous Beatbot and it not only sings and changes between bright colors, it also spins around on its own! It has a pretty good speaker and it is activated when you push on the eye/face area. Doesn’t have a turn off button, and if you don’t press on the face button again it just deactivates on its own. It says cute phrases like: “Are you ready to roll? Come and roll with me! It has fun giggles, but not the annoying kind some toys have. The “beat” of the songs is so catchy! And the colors are so great. It is not just one solid color at a time, is a rainbow of them and it looks plain awesome. My daughter loves dancing, moving, and fun colors. For her this Tumble-Ball Beatbo has been a better choice because she loves giggling and chasing after it. Even my 6-year-old is happy to play with sister and this toy.
