My daughter loves it and it stopped working In December. I emailed customer service and got no response. I Also tried calling and no response. Cute toy but bad customer service.

She constantly took the tv remote changing the channels and trying to put it in her mouth, so finding this was perfect and its pretty durable considering she kept dropping it out of the shopping cart several times before purchasing it and it works perfectly. The price is great for a family on a tight budget
