Your baby can mix up lots of yummy pretend play with the Laugh and Learn Magic Color Mixing Bowl! This light-up musical mixing bowl "magically" knows when little bakers place the ingredients inside and rewards every put-and-take action with colorful lights, music, sounds, and learning phrases. With six removable "ingredient" play pieces, two buttons that activate more fun songs and sounds, and an adorable light-up face, this sweet baking toy is deliciously fun! Where development comes into play Early Academics: Sung songs and phrases introduce your baby to the alphabet, colors, numbers, and more! Fine Motor Skills: Grasping and moving the play pieces in and out of the mixing bowl helps strengthen your baby's dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Thinking Skills: Babies are introduced to the fun of cause and effect as they figure out how to activate the lights and music by placing the ingredients in the bowl or pressing the two buttons.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great features! This was sent to us to review and my 18month old son lit up when the toy did. I’ve learned that at his age mixing bowls and pots and pans are a lot of fun, so when he received this mixing bowl with a spoon and milk and egg it was perfect. The songs are adorable and classic and the bright lights are a lot of fun for a toddler his age. The chocolate bar and cherries weren’t his favorite but I understand it ties into the songs. Maybe when he gets older he will appreciate those two more when he hears the bowl sing about them. Overall, we are very happy with the toy! Great job! Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fun Toys The bowl is super cute and sings nice songs that don’t make you want to “lose” the batteries. I also think the ingredients are cute and fun, especially the egg that also rattles. It doesn’t hold my son’s attention very long, and that could be because he is just beginning to do pretend play. When he is more into pretend play I would imagine he would want to bake with more than just an egg, milk, chocolate, and cherries though. But maybe not! Overall I don’t love the toy as a set, but I think each of the pieces are fun and good quality. Even if (when) all the pieces are scattered, I think we will get good use out of them individually. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great For Pretend Play I received the Fisher Price Laugh 'N Learn Magic Color Mixing Bowl for my 19 month old daughter. I have purchased FP Laugh 'N Learn products previously, and like the other products, the Magic Color Mixing Bowl is well made and durable. The product is colorful, fun to play with, and kept my toddler's attention for quite a while. It also was great for her imaginative play, as she was able to pretend she was "cooking" like she watches me do often. The toy is loud enough when you are playing with it, but not so loud as to annoy everyone around you. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good songs! Got this for my 14 months old son since he spends most of the time in the kitchen while I cook. The minute he saw it his face lighted up. The songs are great specially the ones that goes over colors. The bowl lights up in beautiful colors. The egg is great, just wish it will be a little more loose so it will shake more. My son has been using the chocolate bar as a teether. He is not too interested in the cherry and since the buttons are in the bottom of bowl, I still have to press them for him. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome toy Let me just start by sayin when I opened the box, she immediately wanted the toy and she wasnt having it any other way! She LOVE!!!! this toy. I cried when I seen the excitement on her face and the eagerness to play with it! Thanks so much for that experience! I'm a product tester and review for LIFE! But only issue she has with it, is she gets so mad bc the egg doesnt open. She assumes it opens and throws a temper tantrum! Its hilarious! But she still loves it! Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hours of fun! I got this for my 23 month old and he LOVES it! He loves to mix "pancakes" and the chocolate bar is probably his favorite feature! The lights and music are also a plus! My son will sing along with the educational songs and he loves "cooking" for everyone! When I'm making dinner, he will usually sit on the floor and "help". The parts are the perfect size for small hands and the buttons make the music function easy to access. I definitely reccommend this toy! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Such a fun toy! My daughter LOVES this toy, mainly because she's in a stage of putting toys into buckets/bins/other toys, etc. It's very interactive with the music and colors and keeps her attention for quite awhile. She loves the egg and chocolate bar to gnaw on or bang against other things. It's durable enough for a 9 month old "playing" which is a plus! It's also a cute toy and the songs and sounds are terribly obnoxious like some. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Kind of boring This toy was unfortunately too young for my 19-month old boys. It sounded like it would be much more interactive and fun but the accessories were just blah. The bowl has lights and sounds but it really doesn’t do anything. I thought the accessories like the egg and milk and measuring spoons would have attributes that were more interactive. This would be great for a younger child, maybe between 8-12 months. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
