Perfect for Monster Jam loving kids
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids love monster trucks so to say this toy was a hit, is an understatement! When we got the toy we immediately put it together as there is a bit of assembly required. My 4yo could barely contain his excitement. After assembly he started right in on jumping the truck and had so much fun! After having this toy for several weeks he still is playing with it and loving it just as much as the day we got it.

Super fun!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We all absolutely LOVE the Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Smash Area! I got this for my 3 1/2 yr old son; my almost 12 yr old daughter very quickly put it together for him. She said it was super easy to put together, and that was evident with how fast she got it built. The two of them played with the area for a bit before I could join them. We like how many different activities/ features there are; if we get bored with one, we move on to the next. My son has some trouble hitting monster truck on the trigger spot just right but that’s likely due to his age as my daughter and I can do this just fine. The tower and car holder is fun, too. Once the tower is knocked down, it is easily snapped back into place - this is GREAT for my son! He can have a few minutes of independent play, which means I get a few moments of peace haha :)

Fun to play
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This monster truck is easy to assemble and took less than 15 minutes. The instruction is clear, but I prefer color pictures to black and white. It's fun and cool to slam to flip at the yellow lever or one can toss to launch; however, the middle three blocks tower doesn't stay in place. It keeps falling down without touching or doesn't reset properly.

Lots of fun, with some minor kinks
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review.
First, the packaging had such strong glue that none of the flaps wanted to pull open to get the toy out. And then there was a sheet of stickers. I personally hate applying the stickers, so that's a negative for me. Other than the stickers, though, set up was pretty easy and straight forward.
The tower portion of the toy is finnicky a bit and the bottom two don't always want to connect. I'm imaging the kids may not have enough force to push it together themselves, as it needs to be lined up just right and pushed back together. This is the biggest reason I knocked a star off. I love when my kids can play independently (and they do too).
I love that there are multiple ways to play and launch the monster truck. It allows more than one of my boys to play at the same time without fighting over who gets to play first.

Fun for monster truck lovers!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fun concept. Assembly was easy just a few pieces to put together and some stickers to add. It was a little difficult for my 6 year old to figure out how to launch the car to make it hit the targets but once he got the hang of it it was fun. It’s a good addition to hot wheels sets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hot Wheel Monster Trucks Arena Smashers is a great addition to our collection! The kids like launching their trucks and trying to get them to teter on the collumn without tipping it over! They keep their spare trucks in the back while running the others theough the course.

Good toy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toy was easier for my 7 and 8 year old to build. They liked it so much that they started watching monster jam on TV. It held their interest for a little but it seemed like there could be more to it. Maybe it being a little bigger or something else to be accomplished.

Monster-Mazing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fun addition to our ever growing Hot Wheels collection! It keeps my five year old's attention which is quite hard to do. Monster Trucks are a huge hit around here and having a set that can handle the size and weight of them is awesome!

Great Toy.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son loves playing with his Monster Truck Set! He plays with it everywhere, in his room, in the living room & on the kitchen table. It’s easy to move & doesn’t take up a whole bunch of space! It’s the main toy he plays with now.

Great for Monster Truck lovers
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My boys loved it. It's bright colored and who doesn't love things crashing and flipping? It is a bigger size but not too bad. The kids spent quite a while playing with it right off the bat and whenever one pulls it out, the other always shows up.
There are not a bunch of extra pieces (to lose) which is great!
I did have to teach them how to properly re-set it up but after a few tries they got it.
I wish there was some type of guide for the Monster truck, the kids spent a long time just trying to hit the target and when they do it doesn't always trigger it or doesn't flip up very high. It definitely needs enough speed and pressure to flip well. But when it does flip, the kids get so excited and keeps them coming back.
The trigger spot is also a bit hard to get pushed back down so the littler kiddo needs me to do it.
I think it would be super fun with the other sets in the line too. The truck is fun and the kids love "crushing" all the other hot wheels.

This was a big hit
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] He Absolutely loved this set!!! The set up was super simple and it only took a few minutes before my son was enjoying it. We were able to use it with our other Hot Wheels Monster Jam sets without any issues.

Difficult to achieve goal
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son found it difficult to land on the yellow platform. He loves the toy truck Demo Durby. He likes how the tower falls over but it does fall over very easily making it hard to land on the platform.

We liked it but not a new favorite.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got the Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Arena Smashers Demo Derby Car Jump Challenge Playset. It was easy to assemble when we got it and came with stickers to be put on. We were excited about this toy because my son likes monster trucks. He really liked the monster truck that was included. It also comes with two smash cars which are two little plastic cars that look like they have been crushed. He enjoyed lining up a bunch of hot wheels inside the slots. They all kind of pour out at once when released. The tower portion is slightly tricky to get standing as it has to be lined up perfectly to be correct. The yellow part in front with the target does require a bit of strength to click into place. If you send a monster truck into the target it may be sent flying onto the tower. Usually, everything comes crashing down and the race cars are released. If you are lucky or maybe skilled the monster truck lands on top of the tower. However, I do think the idea is to crash everything. He did enjoy the toy but this toy does not hold my son's attention for very long. He seems quite nervous about the crashing aspect in general.
