Rated 5 out of 5 by from So much fun [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband, children and I are HUGE Star Wars fans. We also love Legos! I thought this Tie Fighter would be absolutely perfect for us. It did not disappoint. It was not "easy" but it was not too hard. It was a perfect challenge. We all worked on it together and it only took us a few hours. One of the coolest things about this build is that it actually shoots out blasters. My kids thought that was absolutely amazing. It also comes with a pilot that you can put inside it, a stormtrooper, and a Droid. If you are a Lego fan and a Star Wars fan, this is a super fun set that is not too tough and won't take days. We highly recommend this!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Empire Strikes Back This set is honestly a great value for the money. The fact that it comes with 3 mini figures is even better, though I would like to have 1 TIE pilot and 2 Stormtroopers. I'm primarily a technic builder, along with having some bigger Star Wars set (Millennium Falcon, Slave 1, Razor Crest, etc.), and even though this set was easy to build, it was still a fun experience. I bought 2 sets and modded one of them into a TIE Interceptor(ish). They both look great next to my Vader figure. I hope Lego will release a true TIE Interceptor model in the near future *cough, cough*

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A fun and decent priced set It’s a small toy but it’s great to have a small tie fighter that isn’t 80 bucks. I haven’t owned a LEGO imperial tie fighter brand new since 2005. This set is smaller than the 2005 tie fighter but it’s much better than that one. It’s an accurate tie fighter compared to the 2005 one. And it’s easy to hold and not as bulky as the big 2018 solo tie fighter. It’s not that hard to build either, took me less than an hour. Has 3 bags, and bags 2 and 3 are basically the same thing, being the solar panel wings. With the figures included it makes a nice army builder kind of set for those into that. A kid will love it, I recommend it

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Used every piece, made a TIE interceptor I get that there are people out there who don't want a regular TIE. This set is still for you. Using every piece in the box, without any other pieces at all, I was able to construct a fairly fine TIE interceptor. To me, that elevates this set to a whole other level. It's a 2 in 1 TIE set. And NI-L8 looks great, the TIE pilot is beautiful, and I don't mind the new helmet for the trooper. Always nice to see.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great piece! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son was able to put this together with his twin sister with no problems, they are 8. My son is in the expert range for building, this is one of his favorite things to do, he has Aspergers, he is very high functioning. This makes him advanced in areas of interest. It came with several Lego characters which he loves. This is great. My son likes to play with his Legos after he has built them. This was durable enough to stay together while he played with it and his sister. Now he has it displayed on top of his shelves in his room. It stands by itself very well and displays well. This is a great likeness to the actual Star Wars imperial ship. The shooters are super cool and go very far! I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lego Mum approves! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My boys LOVE and Live all things LEGO. They also both love the Star Wars franchise, making getting this set a no-brainer for us. My 9 year old was tasked with construction, and it took less than two hours from start to completion. To quote him: "I'm really happy with it. I love it. My favorite part is the whole thing." The set includes a pilot minifigure, and two stormtrooper minifigs. I am thankful it came with more than one, which means no fighting over the minifigs by my two "Brick boys." Thank you, LEGO, for a wonderful addition to our Star Wars LEGO collection.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Star Wars Comes to Life [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a huge Star Wars fan I was delighted when my kids started to take an interest. I chose this set to do with them as a family project. It did take a little time but my co-builders are 6 and 5. I found the directions easy to follow and for an adult, I would say it's easy but for a child, it can be difficult. Hence, the average rating. If you are an avid lego builder you can easily put this together. Now that's it built I want to sit back and admire it. But the kids want to play with it. So we are at a crossroads. It was a great family project to do together.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fun Lego Set [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gave this to my son who is 8 years old. He loves Legos and keeps asking for ones with more pieces. This one was 432 pieces and he was excited to put it together. The directions were easy to follow for him and he didn't need our help at all. He stopped and started a few times but overall it didn't take him too long to put it together. It was something to do during e-learning breaks and get him off of screens for awhile which was an added bonus. It now sits in his room added to his Lego collection. On to the next Lego set - even more pieces this time he said! :)
