Rated 5 out of 5 by from Coolest set of 2019 with one major lack I love these so emblematic sets ! LEGO should really bring more TV and film classics to life. And to be honest, I was a bit emotional while building this set. The Flintstones series have been a major thing for me when I was young. Very cool minifigures ! My only negative critic for this set: Why, OH WHY, there is no Dino (pink dinosaur dog of the Flintstones) in this set ?!?!?!?!?!?! I just don't understand..........It would be like doing a Jetsons set without Rosie the robot maid......anyways, still a very cool set to buy, build and display :)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It could have been better I would have put more figures in this set. No Peeble, no Bam Bam, no Dino figure. It would have been nice to have more dinosaures (one who do the dishes, etc) Fred and Barney hairs could have more accurate. The set is nice cause of the car and the figures but I wanted more from the Flintstone and I would have paid for more. I wanted something as bis as the Simpson house, the Ghostbusters firehouse (with Ecto-1), or the Scooby-Doo car (purchased with the mystery mansion). I only hope this is not the only Flintstone set we'll be able to see from Lego.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Love The Flintstones, but mixed feelings It's a great decision to release a Flintstones set, often overlooked as an olden days The Simpsons but it's genuinely still a great show in it's own right. So why mixed feelings? Well...the house isn't so great looking, it's really basic...but obviously the biggest problem with this set, is the lack of Dino. How on earth a Flintstones set could be released, without Dino, is beyond me. No Pebbles or Bam-Bam either. I could vaguely understand that, but no Dino is a horrible decision. I just hope this doesn't stop sales of this set. If they added another set with a bowling alley, at least one "electronic" device, a bedrock sign with Dino and the kids, this could look a lot better. As it is, it's basically half a set and just looks incomplete. I'd still have to recommend it for Flintstones fans, but it is disappointing as it is. Please release a second set to finish the set properly!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Yaba Daba dooo... maybe A must get little set in the ideas range , quite a straight forward build and I suppose not a massive piece but overall a good look to it . Four characters are cool but lacking bam bam and pebbles and Dino let it down slightly .The addition of the extra figures would of made it quite a nice little item to own . Great way they have done Fred’s car and the house when it opens up is pretty neat inside. Value for money is ok as It not a big item once built but very pleasing to the eye . Overall all it’s a cool item , good build , value for money maybe . But def worth getting . I know most the ideas sets are not really character driven but this could of done with the extras . Maybe to make up for lack of characters Lego should bring out a Hanna Barbara minifigure range , just an idea ....if like me you collect anything Lego, go for it , it’s a very neat little set indeed

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Flintstones meet the Flintstones, have a.... Well I definitely had a Yabba Dabba Doo time building, rebuilding and at the end expanding the whole set to pleasure the eye even more but let me focus on the set itself first. The whole build wasn't difficult, took about two hours and have to say that the way the whole house was designed, just love it, not too big, not too small, just the right size plus the technique used to finish it off, perfect, together with the car very pleasing to the eye and catches your attention straight away. Once finished, like many others here, I was slightly disappointed there was no Dino, Pebbles and Bamm Bamm minifigures but thought to myself, there's always something that can be done, probably won't look exactly like in the TV Series but lets have a go and try! Once I custom build the kids (sadly no chance to somehow create Dino) I thought, hmm.. a bit crowded here, how about another house for the Rubbles so I've bought another set but this time decided to build the house in the mirror reflection with some changes (windows, roof, colour of the door and curtains) so both wouldn't look exactly the same. When I finished with the house I knew straight away there was no space in the car for the whole bunch anymore so off I was going through my parts and thinking how could I make that car bigger and basically ended up creating something different. I decided to give the other car to the Rubbles but now think this probably wasn't the best idea.. :) When I thought I was done my 5 year old daughter came up to me and asked, 'Daddy where are we going to bowl..' so I said 'Well darling, we're going to have to figure something out' and off I was again. There was not a lot of Light Bluish Gray bricks left in our spares, but at least enough to somehow do the front so it could match the rest, go with the darker colour inside and we had are small Bowling Alley ready, she was absolutely over the moon and could't wait to have the first round! Absolutely loved the Flintstones as a child so this really brought back some nice memories and without all the additions this is still a lovely display piece! Would definitely recommend!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Yabba Dabba Great! This Ideas set is a brilliant set for any Lego, or Flintstones, fan! The small details, like the rocky chimney, the milk bottles and the bowling ball and pins are what makes this set come alive. Those that questioned where Dino is will have that question answered when you build this set! Fred’s car is a masterpiece, only let down by the lack of hole in the floor! The fact that it moves like the ‘real’ car is a wonderful touch. This is a well thought out and well designed set!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A (bed)rocking time Bought this as soon as it was available. Loved the Flintstones and this is just like it should be (although I would have liked a Dino!!) Daughter's and myself took our time to build, the car was fun as was the house and the internals of it!! Very happy with purchase!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great...but could have been so much more! I love the Flintstones, and it's great to have them in Lego form, but I think they could have gone even farther and made a really great set. - Where's Dino? - Where's Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm? - No Loyal Order of the Water Buffalo hats? - With new bendable short legs, it seems they missed out by not giving these to Barney--he shouldn't be as close to as tall as Fred. Awesome to see these characters, but they could have really gone into the finer details of the show.
