[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This item was fairly easy to put together. My kids were super excited about the amount of play doh included and the fact that the colors were "mixed." We did run into problems taking the "heads" off. It's like the play doh gets stuck, making it difficult for the head to detach. The box says it is for children 3+, but my children are 5&7 and required my assistance taking the heads on and off. I was hoping they could be a little more independent with this toy. They found ways to keep themselves occupied with the other tools while waiting on me to unclip the heads.

when you put the play doh in and push down on the lever the head plate pops off. hair does not grow like the pictures show. not worth it.

Fun for the kids
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids love Play-Dough. My daughter is always wanting to play with and cut hair like she sees online. With this kit we can keep her from having another accident and cutting her own hair off. She can cut away over and over and not have to worry about looking bald. My son now fights with her to play with this set as they love to watch the hair grow and then cut it off and start over. They both can spend hours making the mannequin beautiful. It is tons of fun for them. If your kids like Play-Dough get them this set they will love it.

Perfect gift
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this play doh set about a week ago for my little girl who will be five in a few months. She really enjoys playing with this set she spends twenty to thirty minutes a day playing with it. It came with a couple different tools she has been using she loves how the hair comes out in strands she twists them together at times and says it looks like spaghetti. The play doh goes in and out of the toy with ease have not had any get stuck or anything like that she seems to really overall enjoy playtime with it and it came with a decent amount of play doh and that was a plus. In my opinion it was a great gift it’s made with good quality materials and my daughter loves it.

Silly fun
My daughter loves play-doh and has the best time creating goofy, funky, hairstyles and then cutting or shaving them off. She just laughs and laughs when she creates something totally wild. If you kid likes play-doh and is getting bored with making the same things over and over, consider this! There's a lot you can do with this set.

Fun, kinda complicated
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like the box says, this is definitely geared for kids over 3. My 5 1/2 year old still needed a lot of help from me while playing with this set (while putting the play doh into the head, pushing the hair out, using the accessories, etc.)
You can’t let this sit out because the play doh will dry and it’s hard to remove from the head.
Overall, my son had fun and it was a nice mix up from his other play doh sets. Good price too!
