Nice car
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this for my son and he has two of em and he lives em. He really likes to take things apart and build things so I knew when I got this he’d really like it. The car and tools seem to be well made and he hasn’t broke any of them yet though he occasionally misplaces a piece here and there. I have two complaints and that is wish they’d offer more options for motors and wheels than what comes with it. My second complaint is be nice if they’d offer a a licensed product that’s modeled after a real vehicle that you could build and buy more parts for. All in all it’s a nice toy and my son is pleased with it. I will definitely be buying more hot wheels products.

Missing tool but still fun
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my 5 year old who loves to take things apart and put them back together. The car is a lot bigger than I though which makes it easy for little hands to hold and hold the tools that come with it. Unfortunately our box had the screwdriver missing. Must have happened during production. Luckily we had one from a different toy that fits with the screws that come with this Hot Wheels car. Even though one of the tools is missing my child still had a good time customizing his car and trying different tools.

Hot wheels race custom car the best toy yet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can not tell you enough how much my grandson loved this toy. I buy a lot of toys for him , and very honest because don’t want others to just waste money so believe me when I say , money well spent. I mean not only was I best Mimi ever but, he literally played with this toy for hours, and still does. Kids play with new toys but usually get bored fast, but not this toy. My grandson kept taking it apart , putting it together. Kept showing his friends, and had to take a bath with it too. I’ve never seen a kid love a toy like he did. The best toy by far for little kids who loves cars, or has someone in their life who works on car, can’t go wrong. Love it love it love it!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My seven year old son recently received the Hot Wheels Ready to Race Custom Car Assortment, and he has fell in love. It has kept him entertained for hours. He enjoys working with tools like dads, and feels like he is really building a car while putting the tires on. I would highly recommend this to all my friends with little boys who love cars. I plan to look for the other assorted cars so I can purchase those for him. Definitely a great product. He loves the Hot Wheels toys.

Great fun, works well!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids love taking things apart and putting them back together, so this was an obvious choice to try when I saw it, and it’s been a winner so far! They love putting the wheels on in different ways and choosing the colors of the bolts, and the tools are fun and easy to use. They figured it all out themselves with minimal issues, and even put it all back in the original packaging several times (most kids probably won’t do that). We’ll keep this for years I suspect!

Great for younger kids
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the idea of giving my kids a toy that they would have to set up themselves. That being said, I thought my 6 year old would be the one who would enjoy this the most but it didn't take him very long to put it together. It probably would have been best for my 4 year old. However, it was fun to put together and it was larger then I had pictured. It has a decent amount of items that you can customize and that provided a TON of entertainment.

So much fun!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was truly expecting something smaller when I ordered it, however the size is absolutely perfect for little hands. No tiny miniscule pieces that might be eaten by a toddler (at least not by my 2 year old). My seven year old definitely enjoyed it more since you knew exactly what he was doing. They even made a pit stop for racing!! Daddy can't wait until his little men join him in working on cars. We're absolutely delighted

A great toy!!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my son who is three. Even loves playing with the car. He "fixes" it and then races it with his other cars. We have so much fun using the tools on his other toys too. The car is a good size, and it is much bigger than the standard sized hot wheel cars. Even my son's cousins love playing with this toy. The girls love playing with all the parts and helping to fix and customize the car. Great toy and gift.
