It's a good workout because you use your core and leg muscles and it's overall fun! I'll definitely be getting a new one because the bearings on one of the wheels broke.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fun product! I got these as a gift from grandpa for my kids ages 10 and 8. They started with "this is impossible" but ended starting to get the hang of it. I think its great for kids it keeps them active and challenges them. They ended up liking them!
