Kind of annoying
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cute but it’s like the people who designed this toy didn’t have it tested. Just like any other skiphop musical toy, this one will restart the song each time the buttons get pressed which I find to be stupid because babies are just gonna button mash these toys. They aren’t going to just press the button and just let the song play all the way through which becomes unbearable real quick. And just like any other baby toy that makes noise, the volume can’t be adjusted to if you’re sensitive to sounds like I am, it’s so hard to not just switch it off. My baby also scratched the paint off already with her teeth :(

The perfect musical instrument!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two - one for my 8 month daughter and one for a friends' 6 month daughter. First of all, it's the cutest little avocado guitar with music that's entertaining for adults and children (think a little Elvis meets pop). I'm serious about this one as many children's toys have redundant children music which can get tiresome at times. It's very easy for my baby to hold and she likes pushing the buttons. Best part - we can take it on the road! As long as it's available I'm going to buy these as gifts - also, perfect price point.

Love it, but wish there were 2 volume settings
This guitar is adorable and my daughter likes it but it's pretty loud. At first she wouldn't touch it because it was too loud and it scared her. I think she is sensitive to loud toys while most toddlers would be fine. It would be nice if it had both quiet and loud volume settings like a lot of toys do.

Super cute, but too loud for tiny ears!
Baby loves it but it’s SO LOUD I get genuinely concerned when he holds it up to his ear. Skiphop should really consider making the volume adjustable like other musical toys on the market.

Good functions, but too loud
Why does the volume have to be so loud? There is not a way to adjust it. Babies are not hard of hearing. Why is it so important to teach them them it has to be loud volume? Tone it down!

My grandbaby twins love this adorable guitar
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The boys love music and you can find them swaying and bouncing to beat the band. They love the songs (not the same ole tunes from all the other toy brands) and it's easy for them to play along. My husband saw this on the shelf at the store and loved it. He's always loking for new ideas to interact with the boys. They love the spinning pit, the buttons are easy to push and it is substantial feeling so they can hold it on their lap and it doesn't slide off easily. The colors are soft and the lights flash but are not too bright. My only real problemn is they both love it and I may have to go get another one so they have their own! LOL

So cute
This avocado guitar is so cute, however, it is crazy loud. We don't usually do noisy toys in our house and you can hear this thing from all the way downstairs (it has been banished to the baby's bedroom) it would be 5 stars if it were half as loud or if the sound was adjustable.

Kind of bummed, great except for......
I was so excited to get this toy for my son. It’s an awesome toy, except the paint is chipping off where he had put it in his mouth......teething. We did not have it long. I think for a children’s toy, the paint should not chip off. Besides that, really cute!
