Products purchased from the Toys “R” Us stores in Garden State Plaza in Paramus, New Jersey or The Galleria in Houston, Texas before January 3, 2021 may be returned in accordance with this return policy.

  • All Sales Final for purchases made after January 3, 2021.

  • If your return qualifies, please send an email to returns@toysrus.com with a picture of your receipt or gift receipt and a picture of the item that you propose to return. We will email you back with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
