We purchased this rocker for our baby girl's nursery and it has been one of the best furniture purchases we made by far.
The fabric is soft and easy to clean (a little warm water and dove soap does the trick!) And it's super comfortable. Absolutely perfect for rocking the baby to sleep and late night nursing sessions.
Our rocker did squeak pretty badly when we first got it, but my husband used some WD40 on it and it stopped. After almost 3 months of use, so far it hasn't come back.

We have had this chair for over a year now, and it's still as fantastic as the day it was delivered. Soft, cozy, and the perfect height in the back for both me and my husband. It is a little narrow, making nursing challenging once baby got bigger, but we nurse on the couch now anyway so it's not a big deal. Any small spills are easily removed. We had a little squeek when rocking at first, but nothing a little WD40 didn't take care of. We have the matching ottomon too, which I don't use, but my husband loves it.

From day one we have had a lot of issues with this glider. IT came off of the truck with a slight squeak to it. After about a month the slight squeak turned in to metal rubbing. We tried oiling and greasing and still it was loud. Eventually we called the manufacture and they send us a base replacement because the original one was warped. The new base was also warped. Luckily my husband is a skilled carpenter and he was able to grind the part of the base that was rubbing against the wood.

The other issue we have had the rocker doesn't have very good lower back support. The padding wore out very quickly.

Our little girl should be here any day. We are happy with the chair so far. We have used it minimally at this point but have not had any of the issues that other people talked about...poor construction or squeaking. I would suggest watching the site for it to go on sale with free shipping. I really liked/wanted this chair for the nursery but was not willing to pay regular price.

This chair is soooo comfortable!!! It's the perfect size for a nursery and sooooo soft. It doesn't make any noise when rocking. I HIGHLY recommend this chair!!!

I have had this chair for almost 6 months, and use it every single day. I love how comfortable it is, and have never had any issues with squeaking as some reviewers have mentioned.

It is so soft, you just sink right in. That is also though, why I gave it only 4 stars. It lacks slightly in back support, and seems to be a little narrow because it was difficult to fit my boppy pillow around me while sitting. I adjusted by rolling up a blanked and putting it under the arm that needed supporting while holding or nursing her.

My mother-in-law purchased this for us and it arrived DIRTY. We could see black spots all over the chair while it was still in the plastic. In order for us to return the chair we had to drive an hour to her house so that she could get her money back. They would not help us out with anything while trying to return this product. Poor customer Service!

After looking at this glider and pricing many others I finally decided to purchase this one and I'm so glad I did. The cream color matches my nursery furniture perfect. It is extremely comfortable and has good head support if you want to rest your head back against it. This chair is the perfect size..not to big or to small. If I had to complain about one thing it would be that the ottoman does make a slight creaking noise but the chair is completely quite when gliding. I'm so glad I didn't let some of the other reviews scare me off from purchasing this glider ottoman set.....I love it!

The chair is very comfortable and the fabric is nice but the glider mechanism squeaks after a few weeks and gets very annoying. Seems like a simple fix and a bunch of people are complaining.

I was hesitant with this purchase after months of research and seeing only three stars for the average review of this glider. It was on sale the day my husband and I went to "test" the chair in store for our first baby, around $250 after discount. Having used it for almost two weeks with my newborn now, even if I paid full price I would have felt that it was one of the best value purchases for our nursery.
Pluses: It is the perfect size for even a small nursery, which we have (no room for an ottoman but I used a knitted pouf for foot support). The material is soft and looks of better quality than it is. I have gotten many compliments on its appearance and everyone is surprised that it came from Babies-R-Us. It is also the perfect softness/firmness to support my back while breastfeeding, and wide enough for a Boppy to snuggle us in.
Cons: While it appears well-made, the structure does seem a bit hollow and I don't see it holding up for a "baby afterlife" in the living room, which we had in mind.
A solid 4.5 star review from a new mom!
