These work great! We used them on the pack and play changing pad. When our baby out grew that we use them to put over the accidents that happen on the changing pad to make baby clean up easier. We also keep a couple in the diaper bag, so accidents don't run off everywhere on the nylon changing pad. Keeps outfits changes to a minimum and the messes smaller. Only issue was that they shrank on the first wash.

I bought two packs of these to put on top of the changing pad cover. When they get soiled I throw it in the washing machine and it comes out clean ready to use. So far, I have washed them 4 or 5 times and they seem like new. I use a spot cleaner or baby oxi clean for the stains. I plan on buying another package or two of these.
