Baby can sort and stack the rainbow-colored rings, then bat at the base to watch it rock back and forth. My son loves this toy!!!!!!! he got it for christmas and its the first toy he goes for till now....He is about to be a year old and still loves it...It really works for their coordination. I was so proud the day he put all the rings on the stick and took them back out and did the same thing twenty more times...Its a great and inexpensive toy...i must say one of the must have toys for a baby....:)

My mom purchased this for my daughter for Easter, of course I washed first and allowed to air dry then gave to my daughter, didn't pay much attention at first but looked down a few minutes later and noticed she had blue paint all over her mouth, hands and legs. I picked up the blue ring and then noticed the blue paint was all over me. I immediately took the toy away and called fisher-price. They are replacing the product but I think they should be a little more careful in where and how toys are manufactured especially with all the scare of the lead paint used a couple of christmas' ago. This toy is for infants and they couldn't even send me any info on the paint only "ensure" me that it was non-toxic, sorry but i've heard that before and turned out to be untrue

This toy is one of those simple toys thats great. It doesnt light up like others Ive seen do but I wanted to go with this one for the colors. The toy is plastic but its not easy to break like others Ive seen can.

I know I had this as a child. As an educator I think this is a great learning toy. I am very happy with it. I thought I'd let him take the rings into the tub, but I worry that the red one may leak in the middle and get ruined. My son is 6 months old. He loves to take it apart, wave the rings around, and try to chew on the yellow pillar of the rocker part. I LOVE this toy.

The post comes off the base for easy travel and cleaning. The rocking motion keeps baby's interest and the top red ring actually was a rattle in ours.

I had this when I was a youngin. Now I had to buy it for my own. She loves it and plays with it daily. It took her no time to figure out what to do with it. The best is when she holds it up to my mouth so I can bite one end of the ring and then she puts the other side in her mouth & does the same. She thinks it is the funniest thing ever. This toy is a baby must have!

Donuts with Sprinkles On Top

This is a classic that I remember playing ring toss with at the ripe age of eight when my friends and I were determined to have a carnival on our block. My 8 month old loves the smallest ring (I call them doughnuts, too) because it's just her size and rattles with "sprinkles" inside. I stack the rings for her without the base and she likes to crawl over to them and knock them over. The contrasting colors will make sorting easier later on as she associates each rings size with the order in which to stack them. The price is right for this winner that leaves lots of room for the imagination and parent child interaction.

I bought this toy for my nine month old on a whim. (I was getting his older sister something, so to be fair...) Ever since, it is the first toy he goes for. Granted the pieces are always in his mouth, but that's the fun for his age. I dont know whether its the colors, the shapes, or the fact that it fits his little hands, but I will definitely be purchasing the toy for my friends expecting (this and Sophie the giraffe!!!) A classic for a reason I guess. I highly recommend this toy.
