          Although the quality of the product is very sturdy and nice; the drawer fronts on all three drawers arrived chipped. The packaging inserts state to contact the manufacturer rather than return to Babies R Us; and I found them very difficult to deal with. They were requiring information that was not provided to me and refused to provide me with a replacement. After 6 weeks of e-mailing and calling the manufacturer; I was finally able to get new drawer fronts delivered. I would have rather dealt with Babies R Us, but to get this unit back to the store (we had completely assembled it) would have been such a huge inconvenience, hence the reason I paid for shipping and ordered it online. I hope to never have to deal with this manufacturer again.

              We purchased this product, and excitedly put it together in preparation of our first childs arrival, only to be very disappointed. Besides the fact that it is made of cheap materials, [...] My husband had to make a trip to [...],buy lumber, and constuct his own.

                  Easy to put the crib together, just a little time consuming because there are a lot of parts. Drawer size is great and the side cabinet has a lot of space. Only complaint is that the dresser isn't very high - 30 inches. I'm 5'4 and it seems to be a bit low for me. However, its easily fixed by purchasing some risers/legs at the hardware store and attaching them.

                  Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
