Hairstyling Fun!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is Neon Rainbow Deluxe Styling Barbie Head and what fun it was so style her up! My daughter loved the rainbow colors in her hair. The color reveal accessories were a fun touch. She loved changing the color of Barbies lips and her hair extension. My only complaint is that the toy has a try to hold all the accessories but I wish the tray had a way of closing. We cannot wait to see what other hair styles we can give Barbie!

Best styling head they've made yet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter had an older version of the styling head, and the second she saw this one she freaked out! She instantly loved it and all the accessories. It is a far better quality than pervious models. Package removal wasn't too difficult, although I have never been a fan of the plastic going through the doll heads LOL! All in all though, this is a fantastic Styling Head and my 8 year old absolutely loves it!

An ideal toy for kids who like to play with hair
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fun set. It is durable. It came with a lot of accessories. Some of the pieces are small so I'm concerned that will be easily lost. The color changing functions of the lips, hair piece, and some of the accessories is fun. Unfortunately the lips on this particular one didn't get full coverage of the color changing medium. My daughter likes to brush the hair.

Great product!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this for my 8 year old daughter and she absolutely loves it! She has always been interested in playing with hair and this allows her to experiment with different hairstyles and washing hair as well. The accessories included are fantastic, especially all the clips that she can also use in her hair. She also really loves the extension piece.

Color change does not work
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter was so excited to receive this. She was most excited about the color change makeup feature. We tried it right out of the box and could not get the color change to work. We tried different temperatures and still nothing. Had we not thought the color change feature was a thing, we probably wouldn’t have been as disappointed

Hair dos galore!

From the color changing make up features, hair clips and ties galore, this styling Barbie head really spoke to my newly 7 year old. She is SO into making her own hair creations. This was great practice for her to figure out how to do her own hair! Love this item!!

Endless Hairstyles
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Barbie styling head was so much fun, not just for kids, but for grown ups too! I love that the accessories are endlessly customizable, so you can change them up all the time. The little charms make for a fun color reveal session (just water required) and my kid loved that! It was pretty interesting to pretend to color Barbie’s hair and it changes color! I wish all of Barbie’s colored hair streaks changed colors but it was the extensions that do. However, that makes it so that you can add on to her style or take it away altogether. I had fun designing different hairstyles on Barbie together with my kid. Barbie’s hair was smooth to brush and I love the big brush as opposed to the smaller version in previous iterations. All in all I would recommend this to all creative children who loves play pretend and it’s a fabulous addition to any Barbie collection.

OMG........Best product for my 6 year old!!!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This barbie head was perfect for my 6 year old. She can do her hair and change her lipstick with cold and hot water. It comes with barrettes that you can put different charms on to make it your own. She absolutely loves it. It comes with everything too. Little brush and bowl so she can put water in it and dye the barbies hair. Then it has a colored clip of hair so she can look just like her barbie head. Not counting the ponytails she puts both their hair up the same. Also, she loves the rainbow hair, she is so excited about this barbie head I should of got her one a LONG time ago. It comes with a regualr brush too so now we no longer loose her actual brush. Best thing ever and good size for her. Sits up while she plays with her and dont fall over, so she feels like its a real persons hair. The fact a lot of it changes colors with cold/hot water is so perfect, so no big mess.

Great Barbie head
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Barbie head is great. My daughter really loves the rainbow hair. There are many accessories and some that change color which is great. The hair is long enough to braid. She enjoyed matching a hairstyle on the box. The only downfall is that some of the paint came off of the hair clips.

A must for every Barbie girl

She had been practicing braiding on it and putting all the accessories on it. She pretends she is a hair stylist and it is so adorable. So glad she enjoyed this staple for her Barbie collection

Fun for mom and daughter

Lots of fun

Misleading color reveal styling head
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The barbie styling head was fun and has an awesome design but does not hold my 7 years olds interest long. The package says color reveal which was a huge let down. The instructions state to use warm/cold water to change colors. We had to use an actual ice cube for her lips to change color. My daughter was still excited until we realized the actual hair wasn't going to change colors. Only a single hair strand that comes on a barrette actually changes colors. The hair accessories do change with the water temps and that was fun. The amount of accessories included to "style" was underwhelming like 4 little rubber bands and a few barrettes. Overall the packaging is awesome yet, very misleading the color reveal is far from any. the fact the actually hair did not change colors ended up being a huge disappointment once she realized that. She has played with it and found it fun to play salon and hair stylist. We had to add more assessories to do hair with. Not a bad toy and she would have enjoyed just as much or more of she wasn't expecting color reveal vs. expecting it and it being very basic

Daughters have been using daily for weeks!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughters are almost 4, 5, and 6 and they were so excited the day their Barbie styling head arrived they literally couldnt wait to open it.
We actually own an older version of this item already and let me just tell you...this one is by far so much better in a lot of ways. I will start with the pros
Pros:
The Barbie Styling head instantly got the attention of all 3 of my girls. They loved all the accessories and really enjoyed switching the charms out to create different styles. The hair was good quality and did not tangle easily. My 4 year old lost interest after the 1st few days but my 5 and 6 year olds have used it daily for a few weeks now and the hair is still nice and easily brushed through. My oldest 2 really enjoyed doing her makeup and fixing her hair over and over again. My 6 year old was loving that her head moved around. And when they realized the charms for the accessories also changed color in cold water they nearly pierced my ears with delight.
As a mother I loved that they could express their creativity with Barbie Styling head and the fact that she is much more sturdy and seems to be made of better quality than our other version.
Cons:
We only encountered a few things we didnt like about our Barbie Styling Head with the first being its a little messy. Having to use cold water to make her makeup appear while quite fun was also quite messy especially at their ages. Its also worth noting that cold water alone will not get the job done. While the transition was beautiful and quick it did require us to add a few ice cubes to get it to work. The sponge provided was also very flimsy and was torn up and in the garbage in the first hour. We opted to use some eye shadow brushes we had laying around the house ultimately.
And as with all kids and tiny pieces the accessories were adorable and the little tray to keep them in was a great thought and helpful the 1st day or two but by the end of the 1st week all those were lost and to never be seen again. That being said my 5 and 6 year olds have not seemed to mind that one bit and continue to play with her daily.
We've had our Barbie Styling Head for nearly a month now and have already recommended her to 2 friends. She has been a favorite in our house for weeks and is made of great quality overall. I would definitely purchase again!
