Rated 4 out of 5 by from A really fun build with room for improvement What to say that hasn’t already been said in the 200+ reviews already. Waited through two back orders hoping the colors would be fixed, nope. Missing pieces added, nope. Still, was a really fun and challenging build. Outside the color and missing pieces, my biggest complaint/nitpick is so much to do in so little bags. Most sets this large have several bags to go through so when you finish and have a leftover piece that shouldn’t be, you aren’t digging through pages and pages. Happened to me twice and had to bust out the McGyver skills to get them in. But still, I really enjoyed this build. Made some modifications as that mismatched wing was just too much. Also, what’s the point of having a killer engine if you can’t pop the hood/trunk. Will most likely end up making more changes, but in the end I really like this set.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing 1:8 Scale Model First of all, I can say multiple reviews freaked me out early about the color issue. I ordered this pretty fast at release but it took about a month to get me. Given the reviews I opened all my bags, laid out colors and of course saw some variation. I thought about returning it, but after a week or so of more comparisons and debate I decide I was going for it and see what happens. I can say weeks later I am close to finishing bag 5. I have highly enjoyed this build. I have the Porsche and Bugatti and this one probably barely beats the Porsche for my favorite 1:8 scale. Regardless, go it you really won’t regret it!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Challenging build, satisfying build! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Building this Lamborghini was very fun and tricky at the same time. This is probably the coolest Lego set I have ever gotten, cuz, I mean, if a Lamborghini isn't cool, then what is? I have built other 16+ or 18+ Lego sets before, and I gotta say, building them is a bit tough, but i do it fairly successfully, and this Lambo was no exception. There were a couple little inconveniences when building this, one was a missing piece, and one was a gear in the drivetrain I put in the wrong place, and had to backtrack about 60 steps. For some reason, I am just amused with the buttons right behind the roof that, when pushed, open the upward opening doors. I love those doors. I have heard complaints about this build that on the spoiler there were slightly different shades of green, but I don't really have it on mine. Oh and by the way, this is the most expensive, most pieces, biggest, and most advanced Lego car set there is right now. It feels special to have this set. It really does.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Masterpiece I am very happy with the finished look of the Lamborghini. Many people are upset about some of the pieces having different "shades" of green, but in my opinion, it doesn't detract from the overall look at all. It took about 15 hours to build, but I was purposely going slower to enjoy the experience. Something that is huge upgrade in this set is NO STICKERS! Instead, there are just high quality printed pieces. The opening doors and moving spoiler work very smoothly. There are a few mistakes and confusing parts in the instructions, but it isn't too hard to figure out what to do. My only problem with this set is the price, and even that isn't too unreasonable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing set I held off on the Porsche gt3 rs and Bugatti since I didn’t like those sets too much. It was well worth the wait since I’m a massive Lamborghini fan and the new Sián is awesome. The shapes and designs of this set is way better than the Porsche and Bugatti and it has printed pieces while the other two sets have stickers. The only thing I don’t like is that all of the lime pieces are not one full color. Some pieces are a different shade of lime which is annoying but overall still love this set

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Best Super-Car Yet! I have the Porsche and Bugatti sets and Lego just keeps getting better at coming up with cool features to incorporate in their models. The cleverly hidden, yet functional, linkages to open the scissor doors and raise the rear spoiler were awesome. I also liked the transmission and paddle shifting on this model better - very smooth and great that you can see it switching gears through the bottom window. There were a few things that could have been better. Some of the green pieces color didn't match, being slightly yellowish. The instructions binding split easily. The packaging, while interesting, was not as well done as the Bugatti. Still, overall, this is a great model. It constantly amazes me how Lego can mimic such complex shapes as the rear spoiler and body panel s with there elements.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from A step back from Chiron This is my 3rd build after 911 and Chiron. Unfortunately, this set is a step back from Chiron. I really miss listening to the podcast while building Chrion and had hoped it would be a thing to stay. The building experience felt jumpy. By that I mean there is a lot 180-360 turns and back and forth. The building experience was not cohesive to say the least. Besides the obvious and much complained color difference, I also experienced missing pieces. I had to picked parts from later bags to move forward until I couldn’t anymore, so I waited 7 days for missing parts to arrive. Unfortunately shortly after I had another part missing in beg 5, so I had to wait another 7 days……… The highlight of the build was the designer captured shape of the vehicle very well. Overall, 3 stars.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A great building experience This was my first Technic set. It was a real challenge for me but, for me, the fun and joy is in the building. This set delivered on all counts. It was amazing to see the model slowly come together as I put together all the pieces. I work part time and would only spend 3-4 hours per week working on it so it took 3 months to make but, again, the joy is in the building, so the time was well spent! I am amazed at how tight the engineering of this model is…all the gears, the spoiler, the doors, the hood and the steering work as shown. Instructions were clear and well done. GREAT JOB LEGO! Now on to the Titanic!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This thing lives up to the hype!! This was my first supercar. I have built many awesome Lego Technic builds but this was my first at this level. Everything about this set screams for attention. It is also a bit larger than I was expecting. The highlight is the door mechanism for me. I love the hidden switches and love how well they move. The packaging is also very very nice. Top notch indeed. The build was engaging from start to finish. The mechanical aspects hit all the right notes and the aesthetics are absolutely spot on. I slowly built to this level of build. I don't know that this would be a great set to start out on for your first go at a technic set. I have built so many at this point that I was easily ready for it. This set really is next level!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Missing pieces. I bought this as a birthday gift. It was missing about 5 pieces and nearly every box came with a missing piece. Since this is a technic product, those missing pieces are kind of crucial, especially for a first timer building such a big piece. If I were to order all those missing pieces that didn’t come along with the product it would have delayed the building experience by a lot since it would be hard to build out of order. With the amount of money spent and the inconvenience caused, I believe it should be fair that Lego gives some sort of compensation. ONLY BUY IF YOU KNOW HOW TO COMPROMISE AND WORK AROUND MISSING PIECES OR YOU HAVE A LOT OF TIME TO WAIT AROUND FOR ALL MISSING PIECES TO BE DELIVERED TO YOU!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Could Be A Really Great Set As a build this one one of my favorite sets to build. I liked it better than the Bugatti, but not as much as the Porsche GT3RS. The biggest disappointment was that I have at least four different shades of green in the body work. At points I was having to chose which pieces to put next to each other to have the least variation, or seeing if could dig back in and find a piece that was more hidden so the color couldn't be noticed. At this price point this was not something I expected, especially from Lego. The recommendation to a friend would really be more of a maybe, but I had to choose one.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Big disappointment I have been a huge fan and collector for the better part of 35 years. I love how Legos get my children involved and I love to see their imagination at work. This specific Lego Technic won't stop or slow me down with regards to purchasing future sets but..... Why oh why would expert Lego professionals botch up the colors on this (what could have been a GREAT Technic set). The greens don't match. Not even close!!! There are 3 or even 4 different shades of green!!! Unbelievably disappointed with Lego Group on this one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dream build for my 8 year old son My son has been dying to build this car. He’d watch YouTube video, and the Lego documentary about the collaboration with Lamborghini everyday. When we finally got it for him for Christmas he nearly imploded with happiness. Took him about two weeks to complete by himself. Probably his toughest build to date but he got through it. Super proud of himself. I helped him with the after market lights. Thanks Lego

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful but a pain at times Not a kit I would recommend for a first time builder, I assure you, you'll through this thing across the room. Once completed I felt happy to be done with this one. Fist kit I've ever had where parts didn't fit correctly almost like parts (small parts) were defective to the point I had to heat them to get them to fit Car ended up with 4 different colors of green which absolutely annoying (very noticeable on rear wing). Engine detail is nice and is easier to get to than previous kits. Overall I'm not impressed with color issues and needing tools (needlenose plyers and a heat gun).

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Frustration Bought this lego set for myself. The design of the package is very nice and the replica of the Sian Lamborghini car in lego form is beautiful. I do see mismatch, like what everyone say in the review. Which I'm surprised on that. However, what's more annoying during my building process is the missing peices that I have received in the lego set. I have to order twice on some of the missing parts for my lego set. Very disappointed. So overall, I only give it a 3/5 lego because of the inaccurate count of lego pieces that I have to order twice for my set and the color mismatch situation.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fun build that comes with patience! Great build that comes with a challenge of having all the pieces and being able to adapted to the instructions. Yes, we can all say most of these kits aren't coming with all there pieces but LEGO support is doing there best to help with the missing pieces. Patience is Golden with this set. The weird color changes in the green....just adds uniqueness The instructions are a tad off missing step completions but you are able to figure it out. Overall, this is a great set to have in ones collections. Building was fun and rewarding as you see the completion of the model.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from absolutely extraordinary build and play I am young, but I bought this with self-earned money. the build was absolutely amazing, and I love the end product. but I had 2 problems that I fixed: the differential, and the door. this is not criticism. I accidentally put the differential in so that it was facing the wrong way. after I fixed it, I noticed that the door was not closing properly. it turned out just to be another misplacement that I fixed easily. in the future, could LEGO make the orientation of the differential and the placement of the connectors for the doors more explicit? thank you for an amazing build.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from One Point I have been putting Legos togethers for decades. This set is in the top three or four for sets I've spent the most money on. I find there is a huge difference between the Lambo and the Porsche sets. There are no unique bricks to this set, just an original color. I think I was most disappointed that some fenders were attached at only one point. A single connect pin attaching a fender to the body. The scissor doors are great, but they also are poorly connected, in my opinion. This review is being written by a guy who taught middle school kids to build Legos and took them to a FLL tournament. This set is impressive to look at once done. I just don't think it meets the Lego standard, especially for this price range.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Unacceptable green color variations This is BEAUTIFUL model and very complex / incredibly well designed. The packaging / box is a work of art in itself. The color variations in the green pieces are much MUCH more than just the standard variations you may get. They stand right out and are made up of many of the different green elements all over the car. Its a large eye sore and as a long time LEGO fan and builder I am 100% disappointed in this. I find it completely unacceptable for a set of this price point and quality. I am going to return the set to the store. I feel it is defective. It is completely noticeable as soon as you look at it, and this is a beautiful display piece that should go right next to the Porsche and Bughatti ( absolutely ZERO color variations in those sets - none ). "Only the best is good enough" right LEGO?? :-)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome build I have built just 3 LEGO models ever - The Porsche 911GT3RS, the Bugatti Chiron and now the Lamborghini Sian. Each one exceeded expectations and each was more fun and challenging than the previous model. The engineering that went into this model is truly spectacular. Yes, there were problems. I ended up missing 4 pieces and there are errors in the manual and there is color variation in the pieces. However, if you look at these issues as as problems that need solving as part of your "production" process, it is not so frustrating. The end result is truly awesome.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor color matching Don’t bother with this awful set! The green bricks don’t match, there are at least five or six different shades of green. I’ve spent hours trying to get this resolved with LEGO, they are aware of the issue but don’t seem to care. If they did they would pull this set from store shelves! I have been buying LEGO for years and have never had an experience like this. From the product itself, to the customer service! This product is not up to LEGO standards, they are aware of this, but are not willing to do anything to fix! Save you money!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Would have been great if all bricks were included I’m writing this to complain. My set was I mean is defective. I get so frustrated when one brick is missing, which this has never happen to me before. My set has several bricks missing. I have had to reorder toooooo many bricks to count. I get to build number 989 and i’m missing yet again another brick, I know for a fact I didn’t misplace. My legos are important to me. Every brick is accounted for after I open I don’t stop until I get to the next batch. I don’t ever count my bricks, I just get straight to building. I mean I never had to with my other sets. I had a bad experience just because there were several bricks missing from my set. Would have been a great build if I wasn’t inconvenience the whole time building.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Price aside, this is a must-build At first I was admittedly skeptical about some of the negative reviews that people had posted. However, upon receiving/building the model, I found that the "issues" were not as bad as some were making it seem. Yes, there is a slight color variation but I find that it is only noticeable in certain lighting and if you know where to look. I have been building LEGO sets for many years - among them the Technic Dodge Charger, Range Rover, both Porsches, and Bugatti Chiron - and knew that this set was a must-add/must-build even though the price tag is on the steep side. I definitely recommend it for any person who is an avid fan of both cars and LEGO, just make sure you know what you're doing; this set is NOT for beginners.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great It took me about 21 hrs to complete building (I’ve filmed timelapse). I’m really enjoyed whole process. Great parts quality, detailed instructions and no stickers (my personal pain). It is sad to see I can’t select my country writing review (Moldova). Sore for my English

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really good looking set So let me just start by saying this set is really cool looking. I bought it after lego solved the “green” problem. All my pieces matched perfectly. This was probably the toughest build I have ever done. With two of the bags I had to McGuiver pieces I had missed entirely or pieces I put in incorrectly. Overall a great build, but I definitely would not buy this for a kid, you have to be pretty good at following the directions to get this one done.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incredible Experience I am a new LEGO fan having recently discovered the hobby during the pandemic. Given my lack of building experience, I was a little nervous about getting this set, but as a huge car fan, I knew I had to get it. After over a week of building, I can this say this set exceeded all expectations. Yes, some pieces have different shade of greed, and yes, it is often tedious and challenging, but the sense of accomplishment upon completion makes it all worth it! Truly an incredible experience and an excellent display piece. I now cannot wait to build the Bugatti.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Way too noticeable different greens The overall experience is good, it is definitely a difficult build. But what really upsets me is the difference in the "greens" darker, brighter, yellowish, this doesn't justify the price tag.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful And Large LEGO set I just started building LEGOs again 2 months ago after 30 years. This was my 9th build since restarting and my 1st 1:8 scale Supercar. I love big sets and I read all reviews on the Chiron, The Ferrari SP3 and this Sian. All have negatives. All have positives. So I decided to start with the Sian. I absolutely love this set. I don’t use the manuals that come with sets. I use the LEGO Builder app. So the instruction errors weren’t an issue for me since all were updated. I took my time and carefully assembled the gearbox making sure everything was correct. Everything works perfectly assembled. I took my time with this build and spread it out over 2 weeks. I did find some of the images showing where some assemblies were to be connected challenging. But nothing a little concentration couldn’t figure out. I personally think the overall lines of the car look great. Loved the printed pieces instead of stickers on this set. Everything from the hood to the wing and all functions in between work as they should. I had zero missing pieces on this set. The most enjoyable part for me was watching the car grow bigger and bigger as the build went along. I honestly have no complaints with this set and I’m currently trying to decide if I’m going with the SP3 or retired Chiron next. Again, love this set personally.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great set, a few flaws I bought this set for myself because I thought it would look great on my shelf, and it does. I build large scale lego sets as a hobby, and I've gotten really good at it, but this set was a challenge to build. The set arrived 2 days early, which surprised me. It took me 3 days to build. After I had assembled the whole thing, I realized that the wheels were spinning different directions. After looking through the manuals for a while, I realized that I put a gear backwards. I had to take the entire thing apart to access the gearbox. Also, the scissor doors looked really cool, but kept getting disconnected from the car because of a slight flaw in the manual. Overall, great product; I recommend this set if you have a lot of time on your hands.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Missing piece, again My son is enjoying this set very much. It is very complex, which he likes. He has built hundreds over the years and they are proudly on display. However... This is the second time that I have had to order a missing piece for this set. Apparently, they don't weigh the sets. He has his Legos in one spot and only does one set at a time, so there's no losing a piece in another set. Legos - you can do better than this.
