So much fun!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Headbanz light speed version game to try for free in exchange for my honest review and it was amazing! My family loves the original so I wasnt sure how much better it could get but this was a totally different experience. Everyone got so into the game and the lights and sounds really upped the intensity. Highly recommend - I will be buying this again for gifts for so many different people!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so happy to receive this game from butterly, and so were my kids! They really have the best time playing it together. Its has become a number 1 choice for game night in my house ever since receiving it. Its great because its a fast paced game and keeps the kids excited during the full game. Im very happy with this game and would definitely recommend. Its a great gift for a kids party game as well.

So fun
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this for free through the butterly try before you buy program. And it was so much fun for my whole family. We tried the game with my nephews and it took a couple rounds before we understood the rules, but once we did we had so much fun playing and laughing. I would definitely recommend this game and would play it again on family game night.

Really fun!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a lot of fun playing this game. We had played Hedbandz before, but this Lightspeed version adds a whole new level of difficulty to the game. The colours change on the headband which tells the players how to help you guess (either acting out, asking questions or giving clues). We were all laughing! It's a great game for family game night.

Fun, but some issues
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter and I had fun playing the Hedbanz Lightspeed game. It doesn't have a lot of parts, so easy to set up. We found the rules to be a bit confusing - perhaps as we were just 2 players..maybe it works better with a larger number of players. We altered the rules to what we thought, and had a great time playing, with some laughs. We found the headpiece to be uncomfortable. My daughter is young, so it was large, and although the adjuster piece had a lot of holes to tighten, it was difficult for me to get it to lock while on her head. Perhaps a velcro adjuster would be easier to use. For myself, the unit was hard and heavy and pushed into the top of my nose/forehead and did not feel good. We ended up not wearing it, and just sitting it in front of us as we played.
Overall we enjoyed this game, but only with some adjustments to the game play.

Fun for the whole family!

The instructions seem clear, but my 11 year needed some help understanding how to play. My 13 year old had a great time playing with her friends. This is a great game because its fun for all ages!

Lots of fun!

This one is great for the kiddos, and the added elements of the different lights meaning to get them to guess by doing different activities is a neat addition. Overall its a great game for family fun nights :)

Great family fun!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family was lucky enough to get to try Hedbanz Lightspeed Game with Lights & Sounds in exchange for our honest review.
We all loved playing this together. It was a quick easy setup which is important with family games. It was also simple enough that it didn't take long for even my youngest to learn. I liked that it was set up so both readers and non-readers could play.
We really liked that it kept making you change up the way you gave the clues. Some things were easy to act out while others were easier to get with yes or no questions. We felt the "give 3 clues" made it a bit too easy but didn't take away from the enjoyment.
I also love that you could dial up or down the competitive nature of the game. It often felt like we were all working together instead of pitting us against one another but you could absolutely make it more of a competition.
Overall this was great family fun and I know my kids will ask to play again soon.

Family Game Night just got a whole lot louder!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My boys were so excited to receive this as we love having family game night and are always loving to try new board games. We do have the original version of this game, but this one is so much better.
What we liked about this version is it is fun to be able to have the 3 different modes (act out a scene, answer questions fast and give 3 clues) as opposed to the original which is just giving clues to the person. These modes make it more interactive. I also liked that it came with 74 clue cards which means we had lot of different options for clues and it wouldn't be the same ones over and over. The game is easy enough that all members of the family (including little ones can play).
As for a negative on this game there is only one that I can think of and it isn't really a negative. It only comes with 1 headset. I know that only one person wears it at a time, but would be better if it came with two especially for when you are playing in teams. Each team would get their own headband and can be ready quickly for their turn.
Overall a good game to be played one on one or in teams. Great for the whole family.

Fun activity for the entire family!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hedbanz Lightspeed is a great entertaining and a fun game not just for kids but for adults as well. The kids including my seven year old nephew who came over had such a great time playing this game. The game was very simple to set up and play. The instructions were also straight forward and easy for the kids to understand. The game cards are very simple and hence great for beginners or younger kids to play.
This was a nice way to bring the family together away from the electronic devices creating memorable fun game nights.
The game comes with 74 cards, each with two things to guess from the card. It is best played with two teams, and each team takes turns having one person wear the headband and try to guess the object on the card. The other team members can give clues to the guesser, but they can only use one of three methods: acting out the object, asking yes or no questions, or giving three clues about the object. The timer counts down as the guesser tries to guess the object, and the team with the most correctly guessed objects at the end of the game wins.
Rules change in a flash as your electronic headband lights up one of three colors. Guess as many cards as you can before your headband sings, signaling that your time has run out. The player with the most points wins! When it turns green, act out a scene! When lightspeed orange flashes, answer the questions fast! When you see the colour blue, give 3 clues! You will love this one-of-a-kind electronic headband because it has sounds and lights. Thank you Spin Master for coming out with this fun game!
