I had a doorbell as a child and thought it was the coolest thing ever. So I was really excited when I came across this one at Toys R Us. I purchased it for my daughter thinking she would love it, and she did! For the whole month that it worked. The bell sound just stopped working, no sound, no ding-dong, nothing. I replaced the batteries thinking that might be it, but I know it is just the ding-dong sound that stopped working because the voice recorder still works. Very disappointed, and so is my daughter. Currently looking online for a different doorbell for her room.

Good Product

I like this product for my kids but the ringing on the product could be more soothingly. Another thing was that the recorder on this thing is not the best because the sound it very blurry and kinda but not really understandable unless you listen very closely. But the good thing about this thing is that the ringing is really loud for parent who want quiet. The design is good for kids who like the color pink and Hello Kitty. Also this is best used for children who have a tendency to lock their doors and wants privacy so now you or other people could ring the door bell and they could answer for them to come in. :)

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Such a Hit

I bought this for my 9 yr old granddaughter for Christmas and her mother states that it is "such a hit" with her.

I'd thought the door bell might drive the parents
nuts but guess not!
