I needed a stroller for tooling around the neighborhood, walking the dogs, and walking to the grocery store. I lent my Chicco Cortina to a friend, and decided to look for a new stroller because I needed some retail therapy. :-) I have an 18 month old boy.

I saw this @ BRU and started tooling around the store with it. I loved it! It's easy to handle and looks really nice. I decided to purchase it and brought it home and demanded my husband put it together immediately.

I love that you can face the seat both ways. That's so cool. Also, if my husband convinces me to have another baby (LOL) a car seat attachment comes with this stroller. I like that the wheels are not like bicycle tires. They ride smooth and have springs on the front wheels.

Walking the dogs (1 at a time) while handling this stroller was a breeze.

Rolled on over to the supermarket today and picked up some groceries. I was able to fit 3 bags of chips, a few pounds of bananas, some onion, mustard, and a 4 pound bag of sugar in the basket with no problem. There was some room left. The baby fell asleep on the way home, and I lowered the seat into a more reclined position and was still able to get all my stuff out of the basket with no problem. In fact, I just left him in there to nap. He looks very comfy!

Likes: I can face the seat both ways, and it's simple to switch the seat around. It comes with a car seat adapter. I love the handles, very comfortable. Nice size basket. 2 cup holders for me (although I put my phone in one, my drink in the other) and 2 cup holders for the baby (1 is curved if you want to put snacks in there, the baby can scoop them up). I like that it has many of the features of much more expensive strollers, but this price was fantastic. It has a good, solid feel to it and my husband assembled it with little trouble (this is a huge deal, trust me! That man and instructions don't mix!). I like the choice of the 5 point harness or a 3 point harness.

Dislikes: These things don't really matter to me, but some people may not like them. The canopy is not that big. My baby doesn't care about the sun, so it doesn't matter. There is a little piece that flips out to make the canopy a little longer. You need to take the toddler seat off to fold the stroller. This is a little weird for some people. I don't plan on taking this in my car too often (I have a smaller stroller for quick trips, and a small car) so this isn't an issue for me. The covers that go on the harness straps come off very easy, a feature my son loves when he's playing with the stroller. :-) It's annoying, but doesn't affect usage at all. The seat offers 3 positions, comfortably upright, comfortably reclined, and what my husband calls "take-off position" which is VERY flat, like the astronauts in the space shuttle during take-off. This is actually probably a bonus for some people!

I definitely recommend this stroller if you like some of the features of those really expensive strollers, but not the $. If you have a BRU nearby, go take it for a spin. I think you'll like it!

Some big problems :(

I was disappointed that I had to return this because there were some things about this stroller that I really loved. I used it for one month with my 6 month old.
Pros:
1)Sharp looking - I got lots of compliments
2)Smooth ride and easy to turn one handed
3)Versatility - I loved being able to turn my baby towards me.
4)Handle bar is nice and high and you can walk with the stroller closer to your body = no hunching
5)Big storage basket
6)Great cup holders/snack holders
7)Easy collapse and set up of stroller base
8)Three different recline positions = my baby was comfy

Cons:
1)It's difficult to access the storage basket when the seat is rear facing.
2)You have to take the seat off to disassemble. (I read this in reviews before I purchased this but it didn't sound like a big deal. It really was a pain. The stroller base is heavy and bulky so it gets complicated when you take the seat part off and want to stick that in your car/trunk. The seat is long and takes up a good amount of space so there is no easy way to put the base in after that. Putting the base in on top would get the seat dirty from the huge back stroller wheels and possible warp the stiff canopy. But leaning the seat against the car (which is difficult because it doesn't balance well) in order to put the base in first will get the thing dirty as well. I had to start taking my daughter out, putting the seat in the backseat and the base in the trunk. Such a hassle!
3)The sun canopy is fixed and SHORT. This was the deal breaker. On any long walk where I was turning different directions I would inevitably face toward sun and it would beam straight into my baby's face. There was no way to stop the constant exposure even with the little additional visor pulled out. I would have to stop (pick up the seat and turn it to face the opposite direction). On some walks (and during a stroller fitness class) I had to do this several times and for now it's possible as my baby weighs only 16lbs. With a larger child this will be very difficult. We bought an additional generic sun shade but with that on, the whole thing looked silly and it ruined the sleek look of the stroller.

We returned it and opted for a City Mini with it's easy collapse feature and giant sunshade. It's a shame because I really liked this Graco model. :(

It is at good looking stroller but a bad imitation of the Britax B Ready.

Bottom line you have to ensemble and des-ensemble every time you are out and about because it will not close with the toddler chair on it nor the car seat adapter plus very bulky we have and SUV and it takes almost all the space.

I love this stroller! It is very easy to use and keeps the baby close to you while in the infant car seat. It is a little heavy but, compared to the Chico and a JJ cole stroller that my 2 best friends have, it weighs about the same. The stroller has a really smooth ride, but is a little expensive. Overall I am really happy with this stroller and would purchase it again.

Comments about Graco Signature Series 3-in-1 Modular Stroller - Mirage:

I really love this stroller. It's great to use in the mall, on sidewalks, anywhere and the ride is really smooth. My only complaint about the stroller is that I have left it in the back of my suv in my driveway in blazing sun for a long time and because of that all the cups holders have worn a bit and keep falling out of the holders. I've been saying I just need to super glue them in but keep forgetting to do it. The only other thing I wish it had was and opening on the back part of the seat to let some air in when my son is sitting there on a warm day. The seat is padded which is great but my son tends to sweat easily since his back doesn't really get to breath. It would be nice if the padding was built in the roll up so mesh could be exposed every now and then.

Comments about Graco Signature Series 3-in-1 Modular Stroller - Mirage:

With my first child, I chose a nice stroller but ultimately was unhappy because it was so big. The second time around, I was determined to find a stroller that better fit my needs. For me, priorities are a stroller that folds down to a decent size, isn't bulky and heavy, has a storage compartment, and some options to it. I ordered this stroller and have to say it suits those needs better than anything else on the market. You do have to take out the toddler seat before you can fold the stroller down, but it is so easy to do and makes the stroller less heavy to heave into the car. I compared this graco stroller to a britax modular and this one won for me because of size and price. I love that this stroller has a toddler seat you can face forward or backward, that the infant seat sits so high up, that it is stylish, folds down pretty compactly, and was easy to put together. The only drawback is that the canopy isn't very good and I can see for some people who won't want to take out the toddler seat before folding down, but neither my husband or I are bothered by that in the least. The toddler seat is also rated to 50lbs and I tried it out a few times with my 41/2 year old who is very tall for his age (he looks 6). He said he was confortable and loves sitting in the stroller. eventhough the toddler seat is a little on the upright side, and the canopy is a little short for him, for as often as he actually sits in a stroller these days, it is just fine.

nice looking stroller but....the seat doesn't fit well into the trunk with the frame the basket is nice and big is great when you are using the carseat adapter, but impossible to get to when using the regular seat, especially backwards, the sunshade is way to small, the wheels started squeaking cup holders falling off easily. I got back to the store one of the employers was very helpful i told her that i have this stroller and she said i really dont recommend this stroller but people are buying it like crazy, she show me and explained about every stroller in the store the 2 strollers that she mostly recommended was britax and city mini 2012 i end up buying the city mini which is less money and i luv it i wish she was there the first time when i was there and made this big purchase mistake this stroller not worth the money ... :)

Comments about Graco Signature Series 3-in-1 Modular Stroller - Mirage:

I just bought this stroller and I like it. It is very easy to maneuver, which is great when you have two kids or more. I have done my research and looked at several options (most of which I cannot afford) and I think that what this stroller offers for the price is great. I love that the infants sit so high and close. I love that she can turn and face me so I can see her and what she is doing. I love that if I want she can face away from me. Other strollers that offered these features were $500.00 and more. One problem that people had was the constant assembling and disassembling, which for me I will deal with that and pay way less. It is slightly bulky but my husband literally folded almost every stroller in Babies R Us and it is about the same size as a jogger if you stack it right.
