      It can be said that the machine shuffles well, however, it stops there. I had to redesign it by making a wood wafer to glue into the card slot area as the cards simply wouldn't come out of the bay area either with the enclosed holder or by themselves. The button to make it shuffle sticks up too high and blocks the cards from coming out and the enclosed cardholder for the bay area had to be discarded as it simply didn't work. Don't people actually use these things before they build them? The wafer I made caused the bay area to be higher than the shuffle button. I also had to paint it balck to match the machine. It was about 1/8 or 3/16 inches thick. If you are willing to re-engineer it, it's a nice machine. And it was a bit more expensive than an alternate.

            Firsttime we tried to use item, it would not work. One of the wheels to push cards into shuffler was broken. Not a good item. Do not order !!!!

              I took the product out of teh box to play cards and it would not shuffle cards. Looked closely and one the plastic "gears" was mashed as to flatten about 10 of the gear points ergo wouldn't shuffle and I did not save the paperwork.
