I love this product. I was having a lot of lower back and pelvic pain. I sit at a desk for my job, and every time I would get up and try and walk to the fax machine or to grab something i was in a lot of pain feeling like my baby is going to fall out of the pelvic floor. I did the doctor approved exercises to help this problem and I still do them, but I needed more support for my back and pelvis and pubic area.

I bought the band after doing a lot of research in my 23rd week of pregnancy. I used it for three days straight, taking time off while i slept. Now I only need every once in a while. I use it to exercise or when i am feeling a little pain or stretching. It is fabulous! My only complaint would be that it is hard to get used to; but lets be honest... What isn't?

If you line the Velcro up correctly it doesn't scratch you at all. But if that is bothersome wear a cami underneath it. I haven't washed mine yet, but I need to. I hope it holds its shape after it drys.

I love this support! It's flexible enough and it does a wonderful job of supporting my back and belly. I would not be able to function every day without it, because of my severe back pain. In addition, you can use the entire support together or just parts of it. I just recommended this to someone else.

Yeah, yeah it can be bulky under clothes and the velcro can be kinda scratchy but, who cares!? This belt SAVED my groin and pelvis! I can finally sleep again!
I haven't had too bad of back pain (yet) so, I strictly bought it for my groin area. Every night in bed my upper inner thighs (where my legs connect to my pelvis) would be in EXCRUCIATING pain. I could barely move or turn over. When I would get up to pee (which was a lot), I could hardly walk. I needed a change. There was no way I could go another 8-11 weeks with this pain. (I am currently 29 weeks pregnant and the pain started about a month and a half ago). I bought this belt, put it on at 3pm and wore it over night. I was virtually pain free! This truly saved me and the price is AMAZING for the result! Oh, and a bonus was that I only had to pee half as many times at night because of the weight it took off my bladder!

I'd purchased a different band, online, for about $5 less, and was disappointed because it rolled over, no matter how I wore it.
This band is great! It has complete instructions, fits properly, does not roll, and definitely holds the belly UP.

I am 6 months pregnant and experiencing some back pain so I decided to purchase this belt when I saw it in the store. It was cheaper online which kind of irritated me but since I was already there and had a coupon I ignored this.
The belt is kind of confusing to put on, and is very bulky under clothing. Also, I intended on wearing it over the belly on my pants which turned out to be a huge hassle because everytime I needed to use the restroom, I needed to take off the whole belt. If I wore it under the belly on the pants, it would have been scratching my skin and I don't really want to wear a cami underneath my pants just to wear the support belt so it's kind of an issue. Besides that, I was still experiencing back pain while wearing it and did not notice an improvement. It has only been a couple days so I am planning on giving it a week and if my back pain still does not improve then I will be taking it back. I understand it will not eliminate back pain completely but I am just hoping for some improvement to justify keeping this product.

This product lifts the belly, which is good for a low carried baby bump. It also takes the pressure off some back pain. It took me a while to figure out how to wear it, with three separate parts this band is not intuitive. Also, wear is under jeans and a big shirt, its bulky.

I would only give the belt design and manufacture 3 stars. The 2-piece construction is a pain to use and the section of velcro on second piece (which velcros to the first)is too big and doesn't all fit on the bottom/first piece. Therefore, there is always velcro exposed that then sticks to my clothing - causing pilling on sweater or pulls in other materials.

The belt does show under clothing (even heavier sweaters) and adds bulk around an already bulky area.

I don't use the upper belt - not sure what that is supposed to do.

However, the belt works! I was having worsening upper back pain and pain in the muscles holding up my stomach (just at my ribs). Since I started wearing this belt, I have been pain-free (first time in a couple of months)! I wear the belt at work (mostly seated) and on the weekends when I'm more active and the belt stays in place and doesn't interfere with sitting or movement.
Overall, worth while though improvements should be made!

It really does help with the back pain, but it fall apart really easy. If you are going to use it everyday like I do I would spend the extra money and get one that would last longer.

I'm wearing this band since I'm 4 months pregnent. Im expecting twins and this band gives me a great support.Also this helps to prevent back pain. I treid another very expensive band too, but did not give the support this band gives me.

Every day wear may results in welcro pulling the yarns and damage the look. This will not affect since you are wearing the belt under the garment. And also it is nothing with the benefit you get.
