I've been using this product for 3 weeks and its ok. I had a c-section and the construction it is good for that. The cons for me are:
Rolls/bunch up a little
Good just for wear at home

When I got home from the hospital after giving birth to my second son I still looked 7 months pregnant. My husband came home with this belt and I wore it right away. After 24 hours my belly had shrunk to twice as small! I couldn't believe it. I wore it for 4 days sraight without taking it off and my belly just looks flabby and needs toning. I didn't look severely pregnant anymore! I really can't believe how well this product works because of how affordable it is. My sis in law bought another brand online for $140 and it didn't work for her. Many of the other reviewers complained about the belt bunching up but it didn't happen to me. I guess I'm just not as curvaceous as most women. I would recommend this belt to anyone and would have paid double for it.

This product is ok, it rolls up after a few days used, I have t straight it so many time, I bought this one bc it made from USA, medela made from CHINA, that s why I didn't buy from medela.

Products are great but I will buy from someplace else in the future. Their customer service reps don't provide any "service" and they lie.

I used this after my C-section with my second child. It helped when I had to sneeze/cough or laugh. It does bunch a bit when you move around but it does do its job.

I wore this the next day after giving birth (vaginal birth) to my second daughter. I noticed my stomach shrunk right away. I loved it at first. I never wanted to take it off. I am happy with how much my stomach shrunk because of it.
BUT
After wearing it for only 4 days it started to roll/bunch up and became VERY uncomfortable! It killed me to the point where I took it off completely. I would recommend this to someone if they don't mind the bunching up. But it was just too much for me, it hurt my ribs as well.
If I knew it was going to do this to be I would have just paid extra for the Kourtney Kardashian one.

I bought this when I started seeing a women's health physical therapist about my diastasis, or abdominal muscle separation, after my second child. I wear the support during most waking hours and it really does feel like it's helping keep things together. The only unfortunate thing is I have to keep straightening it out/pulling it down b/c it bunches up, which is uncomfortable. I'd recommend all women wear this after giving birth, whether by C-section or vaginal.

for my second post pregnancy, i started with the medium band 24 hrs after delivery for a few weeks and once i couldn't velcro over any further, i started using the small band. it made a major difference in the appearance of my post partum belly compared to my first pregnancy when i didn't use one at all. i think this product is so great that they should be handing them out at the hospitals!

Make sure that when you wear it, it is tight enough. Use it all day and I would say after about 2 months of giving birth.
