This family set consists of a Mother, Father, brother and sister. All the figures have moveable heads, arms and legs. Their clothing is well made and easy enough for a child to remove without help. My daughter is a preschooler and loves to spend hours playing and using her imagination with her Calico Critters. I love this line of toys, and therefore I highly recommend them. This family set is great for ages 3 and up, depending on the child.

My daughter loves her Calico Critter play set that she has had for many years. This Christmas we got her the Labrador family and we are disappointed. My daughter immediately pointed out their cheap, mismatched, pipe-cleaner tail. The tail doesn't match whatsoever and my daughter wants to remove all of their tails. Very poor quality with the tail, especially for the price!

This set is so cute! I got this set for my two year old who loves puppies and is always pretending to be one. It's a great addition to her Calico Critters collection, and she definitely favors this family over the others when playing. My only "complaint" is that the clothes are too difficult for her to get on and off, but she IS only two. An older child should have no trouble with dressing them, and I don't mind doing it for her.
