    We bought this for our son for Christmas. He is 16 months old and 31 in tall and it fits him great with room to grow. I would say it would fit a child between 12 months and 3 years. The battery life is AWESOME. We charged it the day before Christmas and we still have not had to recharge it. The button to make it go is on the handle. It works great and is easy for him to remember. He loves to make it go. The only drawback of this is that when he is getting on the four wheeler he can push it and it will go without him being all the way on it. We have not used this product in the grass yet but it does work great on the walkways and also inside on carpet.

          The product is listed for children ages 3-5. Apparently these children are not normal sized. Ordered for my 2 year old. Box arrived and stated 18+ months. Owners manual stated maxiumum weight of 33lbs. My 2 year old is 32 lbs. Immediately closed box and tried to return to store. Not possible as it is online only. Online return process is terrible. Can't speak to the quality of the product as I never assembled it. Buyer beware for online products as Toys R Us apparently does not acknowledge the age recommendations from the manufacturer.
