We started using this product when my little girl was about 2 months old when we began trying to lay her down drowsy in her crib to go to sleep. She is now 3 months old and it broke the other night while my husband was trying to get her to sleep. The spring or whatever is used to allow it to slowly release after being wound up (it seems more like a rubber band now) has broken and this expensive product is now useless. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

It went with my nursery and looks cute but is so pointless...you have to stand there while it plays because it lasts a very short time and gets stuck every 5 seconds. The butterflies wings get stuck to the pole it's hanging from so it can't spin around.

We registered for this mobile and it looks great, is easy to assemble, and is a nice finishing touch to our nursery. However, the first one we had broke within a matter of days - the windup unit would only allow itself to be wound far enough for about five seconds of music until it finally wouldn't wind at all. We decided to exchange it for another of the same item since the Taffy set is our nursery theme. This second mobile has worked better but we are still disappointed that the music lasts for such a short amount of time. If CoCaLo made this so it played & spun longer, it would have been excellent. Bottom line is that it's a cute accessory, but don't count on it to help entertain or put your infant to sleep!

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Love the mobile & it goes great with the rest of the nursery set. However it was a tough fit to get it on the crib. I have a Europa Baby Convertible Crib & had to wedge some cardboard in it to get the mobile to stay attached. The asembly was pretty easy, not too many pieces.
