        I'm a bit of a MOTUC completist, so I wanted to pick up this two pack. I have to say, Mer-Man looks pretty good! It's definitely a light aqua blue coloring, but comes across as pretty cool and aquatic. The original Mer-Man dark green and yellow version is the best, but I really like the paint app here. Aquaman is a re-issue DCUC, with slightly darker colors, which I really don't care for. I wish they almost made him brighter orange and green to follow his Super Friends look. Buy this for Mer-Man, not Aquaman!

            Some people would say you don't need these if you already own the first releases, well they're wrong. First off this Aquaman has a metallic paint job which really adds detail to him compared to the DCUC series 2 release. And a blue Mer-Man is always a cool release. I like to think he's a different character then Mer-Man to add to Skeletor's army.

              The mini poster is a joke, its roughly the size of a comic book and features a HORRENDOUS drawing (the same you see on the back of the package) Aquaman has the shoulders reversed and Mer-man is a god awful repaint based on Alfredo Alcala's "revenge of skeletor" 80's mini comic. Its worth it if you do not have either one.

                  Awesome Variant MER-MAN based on art from the mini comic, "The Vengeance of SKeletor" one of the first four mini-comics drawn my Alfredo Alcala that came with original figures from the early 80's. Alcala's depictions of the MOTU characters were by far superior to all other comic designs in my opinion.
