Didn't include all the features it stated it did. Was smaller than it was stated in description. Grandson was not at all interested. Most of all, it is not weather restant! Had black mold growing on the inside and was only in the yard for about six weeks! Returned it!

I wanted to have a playhouse that was wood but also was a bit more modern in a sense...and affordable! My husband was able to assemble this in an hour. The playhouse is a bit "compact" versus other playhouses out there but we didnt mind the size since we intended to have it indoors and wanted something of a space saver. The size is not relatively that small but also dont expect a playhouse where 4 kids can comfortably roam around in. It can fit 3 kids inside comfortable between the ages of 2-5. Also, the playhouse had quality wood which smelled of rich pine right out of the box. There is definitely no phone and this is a copy error on the description. The roof, window, sink, door, mailbox and fence is all plastic. Only the walls is wood. Overall I am very pleased and happy with the product. I've never seen my daughter smile so big, it melted my heart.

I bought this house for my grandchildren, 2, 3 and 6 and they are having alot of fun with it. It took a couple of hours for my daughter and I to put it together and it does seem a bit smaller then the dimensions quoted and also the description said there is a phone but that is either a mistake or we did not get one.

Great product. My husband assembled it alone in about an hour. My 2 yr old son is in love with it! I was a little worried about the wood leaving slivers in his poor hands. But the wood is really well sanded, and I don't think it will be a problem. I would have given it 5 stars if it had a slide. I really wanted a playhouse with a slide and a window with shutters. My son loves the shutters and the mailbox the best. An unexpected plus was the sink/ stove/ counter. He immediately started preparing food on the stove and washing his cars in the sink! Great success!!
