This monitor has some great features! We love the talk-to-baby feature and the ability to play music for our little one without having to be in the room. The night light on the parent monitor is also very handy.

Lots of drawbacks though...battery life is TERRIBLE!!!! I can't finish my lunch (and I'm a teacher so I know how to eat quick!) without the handheld monitor beeping at me to put it on the charger, and that's when my baby isn't making any noise so its not even transmitting any sound. I find myself moving the charger constantly around the house because its always dying. There's no point to it being wireless if it has to be on the charger all the time anyway!

Also, the time and date reset back every time you turn off the parent monitor and the temperature is at least 5 degrees off. Its also has a lot of static and often needs to be turned off and on again to get the monitors linked without the static/blinking (again without my baby making any noise)

I have to go plug in the monitor already because it's beeping at me again...IT DIDN'T EVEN LAST WHILE I WROTE THIS REVIEW!!! UNBELIEVEABLE!

So useful with two chlid when we go outside we are able to keep in touch with the baby inside.

This monitor has all the options you could hope for and the night light comes in handy! The intercom option is also useable for thos times when you want the baby to settle without you having to go into the room. I love that the temp in the room is on the display not only on parent unit but on the baby unit as well. All around good value for the potion you get.

I recieved this product as a gift at my baby shower and although I have not had the baby yet I did get a few chances to use it with my nephew. It was easy to set up and does a good job at picking up faint noises in the nursery. I like how there is a flashlight on the parent unit and that the childs unit can play music. I don't anticipiating needing the temperature monitor or the feeding alarm but they are nice to have I guess.

Use this monitor all the time. Has intercom so you can talk to baby while not in room or talk to someone else for assistance when can't leave room. Love the many features such as lullaby, temperature alert, night light and eco mode allows energy savings if used within 2000 ft. Sound is OK, better than analog units.

This item has some great features. Unfortunately, the battery life makes it not worth having this item. I am not sure if my unit was defective, but the battery lasted max. 4 hours. After charging it completely, then removing it from the charger, it showed half full after only a few minutes. Also, the temperature reading seems to be off by 5 degrees.

The product is difficult to get working, requires me to have to turn it on and off repeatedly to get the baby unit and parent unit to link, only transmits sound when it picks up noise, requires a detailed manual to use and overall is a royal pain in the butt to have to use. If I hadn't already thrown away the box, I'd return it. Don't waste your money and if you do, please don't throw away the box.

We haven't used this monitor that much because the baby is only 5 months and still sleeps in our room, however, the few times we have used it, it seems to work as advertised. Some of the features are unneccesary like the feeding time alarm, but that may be helpful to some people. The night light is a good feature, especially the ability to turn it on and off from the parent unit. I do wish they would offer a second parent unit, though. We did have a hard time getting it up and running as it kept saying "not linked" when we turned it on, but the instructions came with troubleshooting for that issue that seemed to fix it. The music feature is good in theory, but the music/songs aren't soothing at all. It also stops kind of abruptly, which could wake the baby up, so we haven't been using it. The range seems to be average. There is a little static, but it's not too bad if there isn't a lot of other background noise in the room. We find it sounds more "static-y" if the humidifier or air purifier is on. Overall, its a good value for the price if you don't want to spend close to $200 for a video monitor or movement sensor monitor.
