the worst item I ever bought from toy's r us! And guess what? No returns or exchanges once its being open... I guess why... The pump is not working well. Not enough power, very weak for this size of pool. The water are getting green color every few days... Even when we clean it all the time.save your money and don't buy it.

This product and my family didn't even get a full year of use and the pump shorted to ground or whinding. It kept tripping the breaker. When it finally went, the warranty from date of purchase was out by 2 months and the supervisor or manager of the company wouldn't even help. Just goes to show that no one backs there products anymore.This pool was garbage right out the box. Rather had bought a new water slide, at least I got 3 years out of One of those. Thanks a lot intexcorp.

I bought this product for the kids and entertainment purposes. I thought it would be trash like all the other things but it's a great investment! Great for 2012 heat wave and really True to size!

We bought the pool on 5/24/2012. This is our 5th year with these types of pools. This is our 1st Summer Escape pool. The others were Intex (never a problem!!). I was hesitant to buy a different brand. It was the size I wanted and available when I needed it. The pool is leaking today (6/28/2012) fast throught the edges of where the drainage whole is. This is not due to any roughness it is clearly a manufacturing problem. I have contacted the company but they are closed. I am awaiting to see what they are going to do for us. I am SO upset!!! DO NOT BUY THIS POOL!!!!!

To the reviewer from texas, I had the same thing happen with the high winds, it flipped my pool after I drained it one year. I was able to reuse the connector fittings after I bent them back. I then bought some top rail for the replacement straight parts. you may be better off getting someone local to fabricate the joints where the poles meet. I no longer drain this pool completely in the winter. I leave about 1 foot or so of water. Then in the spring, the day I open it up I drain the dirty water, scrub and start filling. Im going on 6 seasons like that. My pump went after a about 4 seasons and I now have an intex sand filter and the pool sparkles. For the hundred dollars a season or so I cant complain. When I need to replace the pool I'll buy the same.

The pool has been great. We drained it at the end of the summer and then a high wind came and bent the poles. Began to try ordering parts in April and still do not have them. Very frustrated.

We got this pool for our girls because they out grew the other one. We went to the store on the 2nd of July and they were having a great SALE ! The pool comes with everything you need to get started. Minus the chemicals. Set up was a snap. The problems we had was getting the last pipes to fit. We also had a problem with the pipes breaking the end caps on the legs of the pool. The pool sand 8 inches into the ground on one side. We had to empty the pool, place the legs on 1 inch thick cement blocks to fix the problem. Other than that it's a wonderful pool. A MUST BUY for kids , grand kids, or the kid in you...

The instructions say you need at least 3 people to assemble, but I got up by myself early one morning & had it completely assembled & filling w/water before the kids got up at 11am (it is summer break...:)) Instructions were clear & all the parts were easily identified. The only problem I had was my fault - the ground wasn't as level as I thought & the higher end is where the pump was which the water level couldn't get high enough to run the pump. Had to drain, move, dig, move back & refill - this took a few days (I won't make that mistake again!), but it was worth it! We ALL love it!!
