I am 8months pregnant and bought this bather as part of getting things in order for the babys arrival. I was drawn to it because it was a fair price and it folds so it is compact for storage; unlike the baby plastic tubs that are out there, which seem too big and bulky to store anywhere in the house.

I had a really open mind approaching it, even though I've read negative reviews. I thought, surely it won't be so bad for ME! I can do anything!! How hard could it be?

I'm really sad to say however, when I was testing it, I learned that folding it back into the compact postion is not so easy. It takes a lot of effort and is tiring. I can't go through that every night after I bath my baby just so I can store it, which defeats the whole purpose of using the product (for someone who likes to keep things in a "hidden"/set place and not left out). I even thought about how the cloth could be nice for the baby, but to wait for it to dry before I store it, seems also long...where I can wipe a plastic one dry.

Furthermore, with the cloth covering only, execept I fill a tub or sink with water, or keep the water running, the baby may get cold. Which is unpleasant in Winter time for those of us who get snow.

Needless to say, I'm going to return it and get a plastic tub one (unless I can find another alternative - any suggestions?!). The baby can soak in warm water, I can dry it and find a way to store it somewhere.

After bathing my newborn in this for 2 months, I realized there is a plastic piece that pokes in her back under the mesh. This product is horrible and shouldn't even be available for sale.

This baby bather is very easy to use. All you have to do is unfold it and there you go your baby is ready to bathe. I like it because it is very wide and long for a growing baby (2 month old). it is very easy to save like under the sink. it does not take up space. it does not take long to dry. so I don't have to worry about mildew and mold. I leave it unfolded and leave it on the floor to dry. I spray Lysol spray for mildew and mold protection. the only thing is that it is hard to fold. I have to use a good bit of strength to fold it back. overall it is a very good product. it is long and wide enough for a growing baby, it does not take up space and is very easy to save. it dries very quickly ( 1 day max). I do not have to worry about mildew and
mold. my little guy loves it. it is very comfortable. he does not cry when he is in it. your child is very safe and you do not have to worry about them trying to push themselves out of it.

I wish we would have just gotten this right away instead of a bathtub. My son loves sitting in it and it makes bath time so easy for baby and me. I haven't had any problems with mildew. Great, inexpensive product!

We've been using this tub with our 2 month old since he was born and we love it! It's comfortable for him, and easy for us to wash him. We also traveled with it to visit his grandparents and it's easy to fold and pack.

I really like the idea and the comfort of this bather. It is small an nice for our little house. But, it is a PAIN to wash the cover because it is difficult to take off and put back on. If you don't wash it at least once or twice per week it smells horrible like mildew. I wish I would have gotten a plastic tub instead, or at least one that is easier to wash. I wouldn't recommend it.

We were borrowing a more traditional tub with a newborn sling for a while, and I just never felt safe with it. Our son always looked like he was about to fall out of it, not to mention it was hugely bulky.
This is much more compact, and I like that I can leave him in it while I'm rinsing him off since it all goes through the mesh seat. I feel much more secure with him sitting a little upright. I never felt safe giving him a bath in the tub-style one when my husband wasn't home, but we've both bathed him using this seat on our own without any problems for the last 6 weeks or so.

THERE ARE MUCH BETTER PRODUCTS OUT THERE. DOESN'T EVEN FIT IN SINK. BETTER OFF GETTING SOMETHING SMALL THEN WHEN THEY GET BIGGER GET A BATH TUB WITH A BASIN
