I put a wrong (old) home address on my order, and then so far I haven't received it yet. I have tried to contact the 800 number and through emails. There was no real person answer the phone. The email replied only saying no way to change my address.
I don't know where my order is and nobody answer me what I need to do next.

This is a very easy and fun game for my son. I bought it when he was four and he still plays it daily. Very easy for them to understand and play and you can earn more tracks and cars easily. The only thing he doesnt like is when you start to earn the higher levels it wants you to do more battle racing (blowing up ememy cars) then track racing. Thats the only reason I am giving it a 4.

After renting this game, the whole family loved it so much that we decided to buy it. My 5 year old plays it the most, but my husband and I enjoy playing with him as well.

The basic gist of the game is that you are a spy trying to defeat Professor Z and his lemons. You begin by doing tutorials and basic races, and unlock different spy missions with additional cars, tracks, and types of races as you progress.

The game is fun because it has a nice mix of different things to do - it's not simply racing around various tracks. There are

-tutorials (to teach you how to do tricks/driving maneuvers)
-standard races
-battle races (where you try to take out your opponents using various weapons you pick up on the track like oil slicks, missile launchers, etc.),
-hunter mode (similar to battle race, but you aren't racing, just hunting for "lemons")
-survival mode (opposite of hunter mode)

and possibly others that we have not unlocked yet.

You can play with up to 4 players, though we have only ever played 2 at a time. No additional controllers are needed, but they do sell a wheel you can use if you want. You can also save multiple games, so we have different ones going for different combinations of players. My son has one that he's playing solo, then he and my husband have one, etc.

I'm not a graphics critic, but they seem pretty good to me. Looks a lot like the movies. I feel that the "fighting" is perfectly appropriate for young children. Mainly just explosions and cars flipping over.

The only complaint I had for awhile was that we seemed to get stuck repeating the same tutorials over and over, but that doesn't seem to be an issue now, so it was probably us just trying to figure out how to navigate the game. The instruction book that comes with it is not very helpful.

I would not recommend this product. I thought it woild be easy for my 4 year old to play with it. He does way better with the Super Mario Bros. game which is intended for ages 6 and up!

This game has been a great gift for my 7 1/2 year old; he has been teaching himself all the funny tricks the cars can perform. The instruction booklet has been helpful, as has his older (10 yr old) brother. We also got the wheel for the game, but my son found just using the remote worked better.

Although they haven't played it together yet, I hear them cheering, booing, and laughing while the 7 1/2 year old plays.

Got this for my son for his 5th b-day and he loves it. He likes the shooting action that is mixed in with the racing. We rented this one for a couple of days to try it out first and he didn't want me to bring it back. That may be an option to consider for some, it's at red box.

This game had a few challanges in it at first, but once you play for the first few mins then you realize that its a really good game. I bought this game for my daughter and she loves it!

the boys wanted this game because of all the hype of "cars" not a fun game no music**to many characters not opened & very hard to open them. not many tracks. i do not recommend!

A little complex at first for my 5 year old but he figured it out & it is a really cool game. I love to play it with him. Awesome graphics.
