I have been using these since my son was born and he is now 14 months. I still keep them in the main areas of our home to wipe his mouth from teething, etc. I love them and will buy them as part of shower gifts in the future.

These are more like washcloths than burp cloths. Very thin and not going to absorb much if the baby spits up on them. They're cute and soft, but don't expect your clothes to be protected during burping.

It was 6 burp cloths for my daughter's friend in Mantowoc. She is expected twins. So,I boght them as a gift for her. So, I really can't rate them myself. But, she had them on her baby registry. That was another reason I bought them for her.

I washed the cloths as directed and after one wash the sides of the cloth started to fold over making the burp cloth smaller than it originally started as. They continue to be soft after washing but I ended up cutting them in half and using them as dry cloths for after diapering. I recommend the Babies R Us Interlock Burp Cloth - 3-Pack instead. I had to buy 2 packs but they hold their original shape after washing plus their a little bit thicker and longer.

These are absorbant, but I wish they were a little thicker. When the baby spits up, it's nice that these absorb the spit-up and it doesn't just drip off of the cloth onto my clothes. Because they are thinner though, the spit sometimes soaks through the cloth and gets my shirt wet.
