This is a remote control helicopter... it does "FLY" but it is impossible to control. The commercials where the kids are flying it around the house under complete control are false... it would be impossible to fly these toys like that... the charge only lasts a few minutes and then takes a half an hour to recharge which doesn't give you that much time to learn to fly it. I spend half the charge time trying to adjust the "TRIM" which needs to be adjusted every single time you lift off... once the "TRIM" is set... the thing simply does not respond to left, right and forward commands... it just goes up and down and then crashes into something or just goes out of control... It is NOT WORTH THE TIME or MONEY... I do NOT recommend it to anyone who wants to actually control their remote toy... =(

This chopper is impossible to fly even for an adult. You can make it go up and down just fine but trying to go from one point to another is not going to happen. We finally just shelved ours and bought a different model. The S107 is amazing and as of this posting you can buy it on [...] for eighteen dollars. Cheaper chopper and it flies amazing. My 8 year old daughter can even make it go where she wants.
