I bought this for my daughter's birthday. She was so excited and played with it right away. Maybe 3 hours later, she comes to me crying that the leg broke off. I tried to fix it with glue but the contraption thing that makes the leg swivel was totally broke and I had little pieces of plastic falling everywhere. The leg that wasn't broke is totally stuck now.

My girl said that the face doesn't even look like Tori. Needless to say, we threw the doll in the trash and I will be getting her a Barbie instead of another Tori doll. We did, however, take the dress, shoes, and accessories off before we tossed the doll because they are cute.

Tori's arm snapped off at the shoulder, and worst of all spinmaster is one of the worst companies to deal with! They have been giving me the biggest headache! This was a xmas gift so no reciept otherwise I would have just exchanged it at the store. ugh!
