1. Not being available for store pickup forces the purchaser to pay shipping.
2. Date and Time of delivery cannot be provided so it makes it inconvenient for people who do not want packages sitting on their doorstep.
3. The baby registry was inaccurate.
4. Location of items within the store was incorrect.
5. When asking for assistance the store personnel misguided me.

This mattress was great....at first. We recieved it as a baby shower gift and set up the nursery several weeks before our little guy was born, and then of course he didn't sleep in it for 10-12 weeks because he was in our room in a bassinet. When we put him in his crib it was great for about 5 weeks, adn then there was an indentation so deep he sank down in it. When I called Babies R Us to complain they informed me it was outside the 90 day return window so they couldn't help me, although I had only been using it for 5 weeks. So...either don't buy it until right before you use it, or pick a different mattress. And buy it from a store with better customer service than Babies R Us.

I'm very impressed with this bed. Buying sight unseen I was a little weary, but I read other's reviews and went ahead and bought this for my daughter. She doesn't wake up any more through the night now that she has a comfy bed! Love it!

I purchased this mattress after weeks of research and reading reviews. It seemed to be a great product, especially for the price, so I decided to give it a try. When I finally placed it in the crib, however, I was very disappointed. It is much softer than I was anticipating, and the firmness is extremely uneven throughout the mattress. When I placed our newborn - only 7.5 lbs - on the mattress, she sunk into it a bit. I thought I could just "make it work", but I have become more and more uneasy about the thought of our baby sleeping on it. Thank goodness she's only two weeks old and is currently in a bassinet.

I'm sure it is a well-made mattress, but advertising it as a "firm" mattress is deceiving. I would recommend passing by this one, investing a little more money, and getting a mattress you can feel comfortable with.

I did a lot of research to find a good mattress. This one had the highest reviews. It also had the most coils for the price. I am no mattress expert, but high amounts of coils is good stuff! Mattress seems nice and firm.

I did a lot of online research trying to find a good value on a mattress. For the number of coils you get, this is one of the best prices I've found. The mattress arrived promptly and in good condition. It is very firm, and the firmness is evenly spaced throughout the mattress. It feels quite a bit more sturdy than any of the similarly priced mattresses I tested in the store. Baby isn't here yet, but I do think it will hold up well. If fits the crib and the edges are also nice and firm. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is it does have quite a bit of a plastic smell when you first take it out of the wrapper. It has been airing out for about 2 weeks and the smell is now barely noticable to me with my pregnant nose and not noticable at all to my husband. Hope this helps.
