Easy game

Comments about Learning Resources Let's Grow Life Cycles Game:

This is an easy game for a bright 7 year old and I doubt any child older than 5 or 6 would play it more than a few times. I like the idea of showing the life cycle of animals, but the butterfly egg case was rather difficult to identify. The game had fairly sturdy parts and so should last a while.

Comments about Learning Resources Let's Grow Life Cycles Game:

I use these magnifying glasses during word detective center time. The kids find tiny spelling words hidden on pictures. The magnifying glasses will be great for science observation centers. I plan to buy more sets over time. They are easily held by my little 1st graders.

Great for young children!

Comments about Learning Resources Let's Grow Life Cycles Game:

These are very large (8" long) and great for little hands. We received the set for a blog review and both of my boys (3 years old and 9 months old) love to play with them. They will be great for science lessons but are also fantastic for play since they are so durable. My boys love all the bright colors. They actually magnify really well and you can get a very good look at bugs or other small objects with these.

Comments about Learning Resources Let's Grow Life Cycles Game:

I received these to review and my kids just loved them. I love that they are jumbo sized which is great for smaller hands and special needs kids. The larger "looking" area was great and easier for kids to observe things in. The storage piece is a nice feature and this entire set is very durable. Would definitely be nice in a classroom center.

Amazing Product Sturdy and fun to use

Comments about Learning Resources Let's Grow Life Cycles Game:

Observe on a grand scale with extra-large magnifiers, sized perfectly for small hands. Ideal for taking a closer look at critters, rocks, fabric and so much more! Flip-out sands on each magnifier allow for engaged, hands-free viewing. Each magnifier's super-safe, plastic lens measures 4.5" in diameter and offers 4.5x magnification.

I thought these were the perfect-sized magnifying glass for a little person. They come with a case that holds each one individually. They work perfectly well for the purposes of a 4 year old. The size (big!) & the sturdiness of these magnifying glasses makes them perfect for sending home from our preschool classroom. These are very nice large and all one piece and they really work. They also have an amazing feature that almost lets you use it like a micorscope. A small end pops up and make it useful to examine all sorts of preschool wonder.

I have a classroom of 13 boys and 5 girls. I can say these were dropped a few times and pressed hard into items that we were exploring.. measures 4.5″ in diameter and offers 4.5x magnification so plenty of discovery happening. They are also very durable and being in preschool classroom dropped the manifiers on our tile several times and they did not even scratch they look like day one.

As a teacher this is a MUST have in ANY classroom. I ran out of things to have them explore with the Primary Science Jumbo Magnifiers with Stand…. This is a A+ rating in my grade book!

Kenzie likes to take these around with her everywhere and since there are 6, she can have one in the car, at grandma's, in her backpack and in her hand. Her favorite search is for snails. These are safe and the plastic lens measures 4.5" in diameter and offers 4.5x magnification so plenty of discovery happening. They are also very durable as Kenzie's friends came over to visit and dropped the manifiers on our tile several times and they did not break! The flip-out stand just opened and needed to be closed. This is a great feature when your child wants to observe hands-free.

Comments about Learning Resources Let's Grow Life Cycles Game:

Learning Resources makes fantastic games and educational products that are sure to inspire your little one to learn and have fun while doing so! The Let's Grow! Life Cycles game is one of these great games. My daughter has been very interested in life cycles ever since her class hatched chicken and duck eggs last spring. This game is fantastic it energize learners with fun game pieces and encourages a deeper understanding of life cycles. This game reinforces understanding of developmental stages of a chicken, frog, butterfly and plant. This is fantastic children will not learn about just one specific animal and its journey through its different life cycles but an array of critters and even a plant! The game engages children as they race to complete a life-cycle puzzle using memory match strategies. To play you select a life-cycle game card: chicken, frog, butterfly or plant. You then use the spinner to move around the board using your pawn, uncovering puzzle pieces to fill in your life cycle. The first one to complete a life-cycle card wins! This game is absolutely fantastic my daughter has learned about these different living things and how they go through their different life cycles. It has definitely given her a better understanding of these specific life cycles and has opened her up to asking about other life cycles as well.
