I got this caravan for my 7 year old daughter who loves Calico Critters. She loved it as soon as she saw the box. The caravan is like a mini house and is very easy to open, close, clean up, and to take along. It holds a Calico family of four to six easily (mom, dad, girl, boy, and two babies). Even though it is meant to be pulled by a green car that is sold separately, you don't need the car to have fun. Even my nephew who likes more boy-ish toys really has fun playing with this when he visits us.
